XXX Love was formerly known as XXX Match, and here at this large dating and webcam site, visitors are greeted by Jesse Jane who informs you that you have reached the number one dating website and also that she plans to bite you if you don't join up! I'm not one to disappoint Jesse Jane, so I signed up right away for a Gold membership to check things out.
XXX Love claims to have over 17 million members looking to hook up. Over the course of a week and a half or so that I was visiting the site, they generally claimed to have between 40,000 and 50,000 of these members active online at any given time. Browsing through these profiles, they seem to be a mixture of pretty genuine looking people, women who are obviously webcam models and enter information on their profile to this effect, and mostly empty profiles with little to no information.
The site offers some helpful tools to find members who are in your area. If you fill out some basic information on your profile about where you live, members who are near you will be displayed on your homepage. You can also search for members in other areas if you plan to do some traveling. The site offers private message tools as well as on-site e-mail so that you can communicate with all of the members without having to reveal your private e-mail address or contact information. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make much use of these features since no one that I tried contacting either through private messages or through e-mails ever responded to my messages.
Although for me outside the site seems to be all about dating and hookups, in reality it seems to be just as much about hardcore porn and live webcam shows as it is dating. Paid webcam models are displayed right alongside the other members of the site, and clicking that will take you to a separate site where you're asked to pay for live webcam shows. I sometimes saw the same profile pictures being used by multiple profiles with generic names.
Anyone can get a free basic membership to the site to check things out, but as a gold member you'll be able to access more information about fellow members as well as access a XXX movie room with a fairly large collection of streaming videos in a wide variety of categories.
Most of the features here are pretty straightforward and easy to use. You can fill out your own profile, upload photos and videos, and search for other members based on their geographical location, physical appearance, and other attributes. The XXX theater for Gold members is found on the main navigation menu and pretty easy to find just about any feature you want on the site.
In addition to the fact that paid live webcam shows are being advertised alongside the dating aspect of the site, XXX Love features an almost surprising amount of other kinds of ads including small pop-up boxes that look like private messages from members. A few times while browsing the site, I got what appeared to be a message from another member only to find out it was yet another ad. I also had multiple windows pop up behind my main browser window, and these sometimes featured live webcam models complete with audio that was suddenly being broadcast into my room. The pop-ups are bad enough, but the sneaky audio is even worse. The site sometimes creates a new pop-up window advertising some service or another virtually every time you click on something or navigate to a new page.
XXX Love seems to be more of a hybrid site that offers live webcam entertainment for an additional per-minute fee as well as low-quality streaming videos included in the cost of a Gold membership in addition to its dating aspects rather than the dating and hook up destination I was expecting. The good news is that a basic membership is free of cost, so anyone can join up and find out if the site is what they are looking for without having to spend a dime.
