I have visited several of the sites of this network over a period of over two months, and I've consistently gotten well below average download speeds that sometimes don't even break 100 KB/s. This is most noticeable when downloading videos for the can take nearly 2 hours for a single flick, but streaming is sometimes affected as well and can require long buffer times.
