I like the look, high quality, great design with bright colors. The members area is equally vibrant and super easy to navigate/get around. So straight forwards it just can't get any simpler.
As far as the features go, they offer the standard ways of content delivery - photos & videos. The photo sets outnumber the videos a little bit, and they are available in their native, maximized state at 1,667px 2,500px. There's a manual slide show, or an auto playing one as well as zip packs of the entire sets.
Now for the videos, this is where in my opinion the site could use an upgrade or adding of features. They do offer video clips, full movie downloads and live streaming which is good. The only remarks I have are that they only have 1 video format, and that is WMV, and the live streaming FLV is a little buggy - they are not the same resolution nor can the person looking at the video fast forward it until the video actually downloads from the server. It's not true streaming, rather progressive play as it downloads.
They also seem to forgot the all important mobile video formats for iPods, Iphones, Ipads and everything beyond the iDevices.
