Roxy Jezel's site was first launched at the start of last year in Feb 2008, so it's reaching the 2 year mark soon. Within this time the site has had a few updates but sadly too few for my liking. I was quite disappointed to find only 28 videos most of which are exclusive and can go from 5 to 20 minutes each. The site actually has a bigger photo archive although not much bigger with a collection of 52 galleries which contain roughly 200 images each. Like the video collection the photos are a mix of exclusive and non-exclusive content.
All videos on offer are available in multiple formats including mpeg, wmv, and mp4. Overall I would have to say the quality is above average though the resolutions aren't that great it's the high kbps rates which make the videos a decent watch. Out of the 4 formats mentioned the mpegs are available in the highest quality clocking in at (2600kbps @ 640x480). All the videos are available to download in segmented clips or full scenes. There are no DRM restrictions so once the videos are on your hard drive they are as good as yours to keep.
Although the site itself isn't all too impressive when it comes to sheer numbers, it is a part of a network which contains quite a bit of porn and as it goes with network sites you gain access to all of these at no extra cost. The network is called Club Jenna, it is a network which mainly focuses on official sites of many well known stars. Such stars include Jenna Jameson, the sexy Briana Banks, Krystal Steal, and many more high caliber hotties. All up there are 17 sites to choose from, most of them are similar in size to Roxy's site so they aren't huge but as a network there's quite a bit to check out here.
Once members have logged in through the front page they are immediately taken to the main members area for the entire Club Jenna network. This page includes all the latest and greatest across the entire network. I wasn't too impressed with all the webcam and third party service advertisements down the length of the page but the good news is at least they don't get in the way of the featured content. Roxy's site along with all the other network sites are accessible from the navigation menu found down the length of the left side of the site.
After clicking on the link I mentioned members will find themselves within the homepage of Roxy's site. The homepage includes all the latest updates including both video and photo updates, again this main page is littered with a few too many advertisements for my liking. If members wish to view the video and photo archives seperately they can use the navigation menu on the left side of the site. Now seeing as there are a whole lot of links found in this menu new users may find themselves going in to the wrong section. Basically the links for the content on this site only are found in the top section of the site namely the My Photos and My Videos links.
Once members have had the chance to take a look around in the separate galleries they'll find that they have utilized fairly standard layouts. The videos have been organized from latest to oldest all available on the one page in the form of thumbnail links. These thumbnail links will lead members to the download sections of their chosen episode. The photo gallery actually spans over a number of pages 5 to be exact with up to 12 photo sets per page. Like the videos the content is linked via thumbnail links from where you will be taken to the main gallery which are in standard thumbnail gallery layout. Members also have the option of downloading the entire sets in a single zip file if they wish to view them offline.
After members have had the chance to visit the many network sites on Club Jenna they'll notice that all the site practically have the same layout making the task of site hopping a breeze, and thanks to the quick links found in the top banner it has never been so easy to do so. Apart from the numerous ads I would have to say that the site presentation is quite good, every thing looks quite flashy and most of them have a girly feel to them. OVerall I would have to say that new users may be a little confused at first but after a while every thing becomes second nature.
The site's main short coming is the fact that there just isn't enough featured content here to keep members busy for a decent amount of time. It's a good thing it is backed up by a great network otherwise it would have been a complete waste of time, though I am sure members who wanted to see Roxy only will be very disappointed. Other than that major factor the site does well on just about every thing else. The quality of both videos and photos is decent, and the sex is hot!
