247 Latex Sex isn't a particularly large site at just 36 scenes, but there's quite a bit of variety within this small collection. Even better, there are additional fetish and latex themed scenes available in the very large bonus package. Altogether, there are over 1500 individual mini sites which share a total of over 17,000 DVD scenes. Although 247 Latex Sex doesn't seem to update, I do believe that the network does indeed go. Unfortunately, considering lack of specific information in the members area, it's hard to say for sure what the true story is when it comes to updates.
All of the 247 Latex Sex scenes and most of the Porn Access scenes are non-exclusive and most come from DVD releases. This particular site pulls its content from titles such as Latex Cops, Latex Housewives, and Kinky Girlfriends. Some of these are just straight up sex where the performers happen to wear latex, others are more fetish oriented and featured masturbation, sex toys, dungeon sessions, and spanking. A small minority seem to have a fairly involved plot line to go along with the kinky sex and fetish fun.
At 512 x 384 pixels, 1000 kbps, the specs on these latex sex flicks aren't particularly impressive. This is far, far below average for new release materials these days and there are often noticeable problems with graininess, blurriness, color balance, or insufficient lighting. Enlarging them much from their small size only makes these problems more noticeable.

Although I had somewhat mixed results and often had fairly inaccurate results, it definitely helps to find specific pornstars and other kinds of scenes you may want to see.
While each of the over 1500 included mini sites has its own design for the tour pages browsed pages, all of the download pages are the same across the entire Porn Access network. There are both streaming and downloadable options for each flick, but they're fairly limited. Streaming is offered only in Flash format while downloads come in two different quality levels in WMV format only.
While there is a fairly decent variety of latex related action to see here, the collection is pretty small and I think most latex fans will run out of fresh materials quite quickly, particularly since latex related updates don't seem to be coming. The biggest selling points here are the very low price and the shear of all you of content offered. At just five dollars per month, it's hard to beat this bargain.
