Claude Christian is apparently a man who knows quite a bit about pantyhose and beautiful women but not so much about websites. The Claude Christian website features exclusive videos and photos of gorgeous amateur and professional models shot in a semi-pro style and presented in one of the most amateurish and messy members areas I've seen in quite some time. Are the goods worth the hassle? Let's take a closer look and find out.
After spending about half an hour in the messy and cluttered members area here at the Claude Christian official site, I just gave up on ever getting an accurate count of just how many models, photo sets, and videos are available. The materials aren't presented in any kind of logical order or manner that I've ever seen before, and many of the sets and updates seem to repeat more than once making the task of getting a handle on the quantities here even more daunting. My best ballpark guess is that there are around 30 or 40 different models featured here. Each model has at least one page of materials, typically with two or three different photo sets and an average of one video. Some of the models have two different model pages of materials that were added at different times.
The main themes explored here are nude and seminude posing, pantyhose, and light bondage. You'll see simple pose and tease shots with a low-key glamour flare, plenty of full nudity, chicks getting off with sex toys, and even a touch of fetish action like cutting pantyhose with scissors or applying lotion to nylon-clad legs. You'll see classic bondage poses and scenarios like gorgeous women tied to chairs or spread-eagled to the bed, as well as classic lingerie pairings like sheer black stockings and matching black lace bras and panties.
The Claude Christian collection has been around since at least 2004 or so, and as you can probably expect on a site with this kind of longevity, recent releases are higher in quality than the older stuff. It looks like at the beginning, pictures were added at a size of just over 1000 pixels on the long side. Recent releases are coming at 3000 pixels and look quite nice. The video quality has increased over time as well, and the scenes added in the weeks prior to my visit were available at 848 x 480 pixels with bitrates in the 2000 kbps range.
If the members area here at the Claude Christian collection is a disaster, and it is, then the tour pages are surely a catastrophe. You have to skip through a page literally covered with a jumbled mix of ads before you can even get to a proper preview of the collection, and things don't really get much better from there. The page is covered with small preview images and white and yellow text on a black background, and nothing seems to be lined up properly or presented in any kind of orderly fashion.
Things are just as bad, if not worse, once inside the members' area. There are absolutely no search or sort tools, and I never felt that I really got a handle on exactly what was going on with the navigation here. Clicking the preview images for each set won't take you to the gallery, instead it just opens a larger version of the single picture you clicked. Small things like this make browsing this site a real headache and the lack of search tools isn't doing the site any favors.
The videos here are only offered in MOV format, but they are offered for your choice of streaming or download. There are no quality levels to choose from, and you just have to take what offered. Photo sets are offered for download in ZIP files and may also be viewed in galleries from within the site, but there doesn't seem to be a standard gallery set up and you never know what things will look like before you click.
Just a little bit of tweaking is all it would take to make this collection preventable, but since things have been like this since 2004 I'm not holding my breath. The high-quality semi-amateur/semipro materials have a definite appeal and I think lingerie, bondage, and nude photography fans will enjoy the offerings, but the members' area here is just mind numbingly bad. If you have a thick skin for this kind of problem, the Claude Christian collection just may be worth a look for you.
