Think of your favourite BDSM or S&M fetish, and you're going to find it at Wasteland. It's certainly not a wasteland when it comes to content with hundreds of videos, full-length feature films, over 1,200 galleries, stories and more, and now, as we revisit the site after a while, it's good to see that updates continue, and movies are HD. Hot wax, spanking, chains, humiliation, denied orgasms, the doms here use their subs in creative and hardcore scenes that leave you breathless.
Wasteland is your home of all things fetish. There's nothing but kink here from domination to girls tied and used, cages, chains, straps, whips, paddles and forced sex, there's a bit of everything for everyone. There is also a mix of boys with girl and girls with girls, BJs and hardcore mixed in with pure fetish, and a wide variety of dungeon settings, devices and costumes including latex and leather.
Since viewing the site last time, updates have been coming in at the stated three times per week and numbers are excellent. For a start there are 629 originals to stream and download with newer ones being in 1080p HD and Mp4. Older movies may be WMV, and an average runtime would be around 15 minutes. On top of the scenes, there are full-length feature films running for an hour and half or more, also available for downloading, and among the content there are many movies which are exclusive. They are all inventive and on-point when it comes to exploring the wide range of fetishes, and the models know what they are doing. There's even a warning as you first enter to tell you that this is some of the most extreme fetishes you're going to see. It is.
Content is arranged in various categories. There are 629 original movies, 66 feature films, 1,207 galleries, 531 stories, a 'curated' film library of 241 movies and 281 'words.' Investigating that, I found instructional videos, and checking out the 'premium features', a VOD service, store and kinky video chat. 'Member Specials' gives you discounts to other fetish sites like Joanna Angel. You will see all these links in a sidebar when you open a page, and there's a top menu too.
When it comes to viewing videos, you find a small stream box which will enlarge and where you click the three dots to get the download. There was only one option per video that I could see, and I found movies at 1,920 x 1,080 @ 3,500 kbps and some at 1,280 x 720. Previously there were WMV files, but I only found Mp4, though there may be some WMV still in the vast collection. Overall, the quality is great, and movies come with descriptions, but the very oldest movies are at 640 x 480.
Images are now high-res, and the archive of galleries dates back to the very start of Wasteland in 1995. There are around 40 pics per gallery though numbers vary as do sizes, from 750 x 500 px to 12,00 x 800, though the quality remains good and zip files are available too.
One other content section worthy of note is the audio stories collection. There are 45 of these, and added to the written stories, they offer something different and possibly unique. Like everything else, they play on all kinds of fetishes and are well read, well written and run for around 10 minutes each.
Navigation can be a little bit clunky. There's a menu icon at the top of the pages but this only opened a blank insert, whereas the main menu works fine and takes you to all the various places. There, you also find a content count and another list of the same areas (which doesn't show in my screencaps but it is there), and that makes moving from videos to pics to store etc., very easy indeed. Two search boxes also help you find what you want, though there was no detailed or advanced search function and no model index.
That's' odd because model names are provided beneath videos, though they are not linked. Better, are the tagged words which filter the content for you while on the homepage, you can see what's new and keep an eye on updates. There is a category list there which sorts the whole site into those various heads - stories, galleries etc. - and also there are ways to arrange the content by date and what's most popular. Page design is fine too, and I found no technical issues apart from the blank side menu which I didn't really need anyway.
You have a selection of signup options with a two-day trial for $4.95 which recurs at the monthly rate rather than a higher price, and that monthly rate is at $34.95, a reasonable ask for so much content. Sign-up for longer, and you can get your prices down while the value goes up. A 12-month membership, for example, brings the monthly equivalent down to $14.57. There are no bonuses here, the 'premium features' have to be paid for as extras.
Wasteland is full of varied and on-point fetish content that ranges from orgasm denial to full-on BDSM, hot wax, punishments, bound babes and hung guys in hardcore sex following a nasty by nice S&M session. The quality is good and gets better the newer the movies are, you've got long feature films and short scenes, thousands of images to save, basic streaming and downloading now in Mp4. The talking stories and written words simply add to a fetish site that measures up well against its rivals.
