Ebony Hollywood is one of 11 sites that are part of the Gossip Members Network, and like several of the others that have a focus on a specific race of stars, this one features both male and female black celebrities. You'll see sex tapes, on-screen nudity and love scenes, candidates, and more, all featuring your favorite ebony stars from actresses and models to pop stars and sports icons including Halle Berry, Nikki Manoj, Stacey Dash, and Serena Williams.
The focus here at Ebony Hollywood is definitely skewed toward the photo ended things with a total of over 990 photo galleries compared to a mere 66 videos. It looks like the update situation here is a bit of a mixed bag The video section is not only much smaller than the photo section but also hasn't been updated in close to a year. I don't believe that the video section was never actually updated on a particularly regular basis. New materials are added to the photo gallery section just about every day. Members get bonus access to the other 10 sites in the network at no extra cost.
Like the stars featured in the other celebrity-based sites in this network, the black celebrities you'll see here definitely tend to show quite a bit of skin in their various acting roles or as part of their music stage shows or music videos. I saw steamy video clips and still images from famous Hollywood movies, gossip show reports, television shows, modeling gigs, and even lingerie catalogs. They even have a hardcore flick featuring a former child star who decided to try her hand at work after leaving the world of mainstream acting. While quite a bit of what you'll see here can be pretty racy and evening cross into hardcore territory, the vast majority of the photo section is filled with fairly tame photos of celebrities at movie premieres or other publicity opportunities.
Both the video and photo materials here at Ebony Hollywood come from a wide variety of sources, and quality varies accordingly. Many of the images are certainly sourced from high-quality shoots, but there offered here at a fairly average quality level. Video quality also tends to be only around average to slightly below average and each video clip is offered only at a single quality level.
Logging into the Ebony Hollywood members area will put you right in the middle of the main members area for the Gossett Members Network. Here, you can access all 11 of the included sites without having to login over and over again. The network offers a basic keyword search box as well as in a dance search page. The advanced search page allows you to get fairly specific when searching by combining various types of searches or excluding certain words from your results. You can save photo galleries and video clips for later viewing using a favorites feature. A list of celebrities that appear on this site is included and can be sorted in order of date, name, or popularity.
The Ebony Hollywood video clips are available for streaming in Flash format, but unfortunately the downloadable versions here also come only in Flash format at a single quality level. The photos that can be viewed in thumbnail galleries or downloaded in ZIP files.
While Ebony Hollywood wasn't always as focus on the truly naughty stuff as I was expecting, they do offer the chance to see quite a few very sexy black celebrities naked, mostly naked, or doing things you definitely won't see on prime time TV. It's hard to get terribly excited about this site on its own, especially with the apparent lack of video updates, but the overall package might be worth a look for fans of celebrity skin.
