Medical fetish fans, please follow me. Girls Gone Gyno is a site for fetishists of the highest order, and anyone else into seeing girls being examined internally by doctors, while strapped in stirrups and getting up to all kinds of dirty in the clinic. It's unique, has one theme and stays with it, has HD productions that are exclusive, and there's a fair amount to see, but it's also quirky and unusual in its design and execution.
This is a site for everyone with a medical fetish. It's not a hardcore, porn site as such, though it is, but what I mean is, you're not going to see sex taking place. Instead, it concentrates 100% on girls coming to a clinic for check-ups, being examined by men and women in white coats, and being tested inside and out. The girls, usually young and pretty, coeds and students, etc., come to the clinic and get onto the table where the medical staff proceed to examine her. These examinations include speculums, clamps, other medial paraphernalia and, from time to time, vibratos and magic wands. Everything must be found to be in working order.
The 146 videos show invasive procedures, though nothing nasty of course, and they are filmed from spy cams around the clinic, and from the doctors' POV. Each video and gallery comes with a description that helps build the scene, and have dialogue and chats, and in most cases, you are the doctor. That fantasy works very well as you're right in there in the scene with the girls. It's also decently acted out and filmed, and the quality is fine, but I found streaming was the best way to go. Since late last year, members have been able to download clips from the members' area, but this isn't done in a standard way. There is a page of downloads which gives you a list of what's available to download at that time. You then head to another page via a link (which also produces a pop-up advert page), and from there, you can download the four clips, or whatever is on offer at that time. Apparently, the list of what's available to download changes, so you need to refer back to it from time to time to see what's new.
Downloads are limited to four per week per member, and I have to say, the process was very slow. On my 60 Mb connection, a single file was going to take two hours to come down, and it was only 2 gigs. You might find things have sped up by now, but it's still a complicated way to allow members to download. Not only that, but you're directed to a separate site/page to find your download via a file transfer service.
So, I'd stick with streaming the movies, which run for around 15 to 20 minutes each and come with four stream options. There are 1,920 x 1,080 HD (which, I assume is what the Mp4 download would have been), and there are also 720p, 480p and 240p options too. The quality is fine, and the scenes are realistic.
Here are also 114 image sets and these look to be mainly taken from the spy cams in the clinic. There are upwards of 300 per set, with slideshow functions and zip files, or you can view them online saving them one at a time at 1,920 x 1,080 px.
The content at Girls Gone Gyno certainly sticks with what the tour text offers you, and once you get used to the site's quirks and download system, you get what you pay for, and more. For me, the best ideas come from the Dr POV scenes that are from Doctor-Tampa.com, and yet marked as exclusive, so perhaps its the same site or company, I don't know, there were some confusions here, but in the end, you get some very nice fetish videos, girls examined, sometimes from your POV, with good quality playback, and updates appear to be regular.
I've not seen a navigation style, or site design like this since the 90s, but it works. There is a lot of text on the tour, but don't be put off. Your first two links in the members' menu also lead to a lot of text and you might start to think, wtf? But persevere, and you'll get the hang of it. As I said, I wasn't sure about the redirect for the downloads, it didn't feel safe, but it did work eventually. Streaming is much easier. There's plenty of info, and there are a few additional benefits for members, but not a lot.
You can check the model index with 67 girls and guys showing up, but there are no details or stats here, just links to videos, so it's a guide rather than an information area. There is also a basic search box and a language translator plugin, a basic ratings system for videos and a good help centre, but no comments, favourites or detailed search. Also, a lot of the text is in Comic Sans MS font which is horribly high-school girlie and doesn't seem to fit the theme of the site.

Girls Gone Gyno will please everyone who is 100% into the gyno fetish. It's not a sex site, but it gives you POV scenes and it other reality clinic examination movies that are unique and exclusive to the site. The design is very old fashioned and downloads were hideously slow for me, but streams were perfect, the quality was good and there are regular updates. Check the your as it's very similar to the members' area, and you won't be able to wait to, er, get inside.
