We are looking at a new, European, medical fetish site at Sperm Hospital. There's a theme here: Milf nurses, milking amateur Russian guys in the clinic. You can download in Mp4 at two resolutions and 1,280 x 720 was the tops here and that was in WMV format, the other one is at 640 x 360 in Mp4 and the quality of both is very good. The movies are well lit and the sound is fine though there were no subtitles on the movies which sounded to me like they were in Russian. You can also stream the scenes and I found two options for this. The first one didn't suit my browser, but the second option was fine and streamed smoothly in Flowplayer with no buffering and no start and stop.
Movies run for around 20 minutes each and they do take a fairly standard progression; you have the chats and the examinations, eye tests and others to get through before the fun starts but I found I was able to jump through the streams as far ahead as they had buffered. There are also descriptions with the movies and links to screen shots. However, when I went to view some of the screen shots I found blank pages. You are better off heading to the photos area.
Here there were 15 image sets, one per video and images were up at 1,333 x 2,000 in size where they were clear and sharp. There are poses from the old moms and then the action shots to browse though and galleries open in a new tab, so you don't stray from your main page. You can browse online by clicking through the good sized thumbnails but you do have to open them one at a time as there are no through-navigation tools. You can, though, take zip files of full sets.
Head back to your home page and you will find the link to Turbo Moms, your bonus site. This should open in a new tab and you will need your username and password to access it for some exclusive hardcore Milf action.
You have two neat extra features at Sperm Hospital. One is the Custom Video feature where you write in and give your outline of a video and the site will make it for you. If they approve; I guess it will have to fit with the theme of the site. The other one is the Forum area where you get to access the Exclusive Club forums, with many sites being discussed. You can't actually access those sites, but you could find out about them and then see if you fancy sighing up. You do have Turbo Moms as your bonus site though.
There isn't actually much else to tell you about or to do in the member area though. There are no rates or comments facilities and only basic descriptions of the scenes. There are pages to show you other sites form the same company and there are some suggested sign ups and some adverts on the pages. But you do also have a model index to browse. There were 15 ladies here and they are shown with a face pic and upload date heading towards their own page. Here you have a brief write up about them and links to their content, but that's it for info. I had no troubles using the site and it was very easy to navigate.
Sperm Hospital is off to a good start though wed like to see subtitles on the movies. It stays with its theme, the quality is good, the movies are well shot and the doctor/nurse/Milf fetish theme is player out well. The price is fine for what you have and updates are happening regularly.
