We have found something pretty unique here and it is going to be a treat for everyone into the medical fetish and the voyeur scene combined. The thing about Spy Hospital is that it is a one horse race, in that there is only one theme and it is the girls who make each scene different. And actually some of the examinations vary to but you are looking at an older male doctor in his clinic, with all the tools and equipment, and he seems to be a guy who knows what he is doing, so the reality side of things comes through. He chats to the girls and then examines them and we watch the action (if you can call it that) from a variety of views thanks to the hidden cameras in the room. Again, the quality is fine in both of these versions and the download times were fine as well. Files were not too big even though some movies run for 30 minutes; others are at five minutes but the norm is around 20.

You've only got two sign-up options and they are both fine, though the longer term one does offer more of a saving and with the updates coming in, it should be worth considering. There are no hidden charges or cross-sales either; another good thing.

It stays on theme perfectly, it has variety and varied models, it's very real, but also simple with no extras or frills and not even any screen cap galleries.
