At Strapon Freaks the tables have turned, now it's the girls who are doing all the fucking. At the end of their huge strapons are the tight buttholes of dudes who are up for a different experience. I would have to say that the content available on this site is borderline gay content, the only thing which keeps it from being gay straight up is that the guys are being ploughed by girls who have strapons which isn't much different from being slammed by another dude it's just that they have rubber dicks instead. Although I would have to say that it looks as though some of the ladies were born men and I wouldn't be surprised if they are transvestites. The site doesn't give much away as far as dates go, so I can't give you a solid backed up answer as to how long the site has been around and whether or not it is still active on updates. I can tell you however that the current collection is quite small with only 10 episodes available for members to check out, on the brighter side of things the episodes are exclusive to the site so you'll be hard pressed finding them any where else on the net. At the end of the day though 10 episodes isn't going to last the avid porn viewer very long, so it is quite disappointing to say the very least. The good news is that members have access to bonus sites 32 of them to be exact, each one covering a unique niche, and most of them updated on a weekly basis. To further stretch the value of the membership members also have access to an online DVD archive which covers 18 various categories, certainly a welcome addition considering Strapon Freaks itself doesn't offer a huge amount of content.
All episodes available can either be downloaded or streamed off the site. The streamed versions are available to watch in short segments while the downloadable versions are only available in full scenes, also worth mentioning is that the downloadable videos have no DRM restrictions which in plain English means you can choose to keep them for as long as you wish. Videos have been encoded in both wmv and mpeg formats with the later being the highest in encoding rate clocking in at (1300kbps @ 320x240), the wmv videos are roughly half that encoding rate at (700kbps @ 400x300). Overall the quality is just above average, nothing special I'd have to say but they're still quite a decent watch.
It's nice to see that the developers have gone through the effort of providing proper photos rather than taking the easy way out by providing screen shots, I was half expecting that I was in for some crappy screen shots however when I loaded up one of the images I was pleasantly surprised with a crisp and colorful photo. Not only did they look great but they were also decently sized at (1200x800 pixels). All 10 episodes come with a set of high quality photos containing approximately 60 images each. These will certainly be a nice side dish for the video content on offer.
The tour pages of Strapon Freaks are packed to the brim with tantalizing sample pictures, there's not much information on update schedules and what the site is all about but you can take my word for it that the sample pictures do all the talking. The nicely sized sample pictures are accompanied with free trailers if you need a little more convincing. Personally I found the tour pages to be a little too painful to look at, seeing the dudes grimace in what looks to be pain (though it could be ecstasy for all I know) as they get massive strapons rammed up their butts by horny looking babes.
The tour pages may look quite flashy but once you make it in to the members area you'll find that the site presentation dulls down quite a bit. The top navigation menu looks kind of tacky along with the rest of the designs, and graphics. Overall I wasn't too fond of the site presentation as it has an amateurish look to it, and could certainly do with a make over. If you aren't too fussed about how a site looks however, and are more interested on how easy it is to use then I'm sure you won't have any qualms with the site navigation as it is very simple. One thing they could have left out though are the advertisements which are quite the eye sores to be brutally honest.
I found the top navigation menu to be quite redundant unless you want to use the third party services such as live cam shows, online personal ads, and online adult store. I say the navigation menu is redundant because all of the 10 episodes can be accessed straight off the members area where they have been organized from latest to oldest. Below a few advertisements you'll come across the latest update which is represented via thumbnail along with links to the video and photo content the episode has on offer. At the very bottom of the members area is where the link to the bonus site section is located, clicking on this link will take you to a page which includes links to the bonus sites along with links to the online DVD archive I mentioned earlier in the review.
Accessing the content is as simple as pie, within the video section you'll be presented with the streaming links to the various segments of the episode, clicking on these will open up a new window in where the video will automatically start to stream. The download links can be found at the bottom of this page, this includes links for both the wmv and mpeg format. Browsing the photos is a straight forward task and if you've ever used a picture gallery before you'll more than likely be familiar with these as they are of the standard format, click on the thumbnail and you'll be presented with the large picture, too easy!
To be honest I felt Strapon Freaks doesn't bring enough to the table to be worth while. The only worth while aspect is the kinky category which it covers that seems to be quite rare. Content quality is above average especially when it comes to the picture content though I can't help but feel that there's just not enough content here to keep members happy. The bonus sites are great and all but they don't cover the category this site does which is what members will truly be hunting down.
