Handjob Canada has been around for at least a couple of years now, but the site is quite small with just 17 videos. The photo section here doesn't seem to have ever been tight stance simply displays a message that photos are "coming soon.". Nothing is dated and I think it's quite obvious that new materials are not being added. Luckily, you can find hundreds of additional scenes in the included bonus package, although none of the other included sites are specifically dedicated to hand jobs.

That being said, while the site is obviously meant to focus specifically on Canadian amateurs giving tug jobs, I don't believe that many of the models I found here are actually Canadian. I ran in to some broken links, and the entire photo "section" is a waste of space since there are no photo materials available here.
