It looks like Panty Pops has been online since at least 2007 or so, and the sites update history went through highs and lows over the years. At times, nearly 6 months have passed between additions to the site and the collection currently stands at 93 video scenes, the vast majority of which include a set of matching digital still photos. When I visited the site towards the end of May of 2013, it had been over three months since the most recent update. Luckily, members can look forward to daily updates for the network which includes around 50 other sites in the network covering a wide range of categories.
All of the scenes here are directed by Evil Angel director Kevin Moore , and it looks like the vast majority of the scenes here also feature him as a performer alongside a sexy, panty loving babe. Most of what you'll see here is pretty standard hardcore action with an extra focus on panties that sometimes includes the model trying on multiple pairs at the beginning of the scene. One thing really stood out to me is that the scenes are much quieter here overall than on many sites. The cameraman/stunt cock didn't say much in the scenes I watched, and there was no music. Even in an Aletta Ocean scene that featured pole dancing, the scene was virtually silent the entire time. There weren't even a lot of sex sounds in the scenes I downloaded. With the exception of a few scenes that feature Kevin jacking off while watching one of the babes in her panties, most of what you'll find here features hardcore sucking, pussy licking, blow jobs, and more.
It looks like all of the materials for Panty Pops are taken from various DVDs with the same name, and since the same titles are available on other download and streaming sites, I cannot consider this an exclusive collection. It looks like around 1/2 to 2/3 of the videos available here is offered at an HD quality level of up to 1920 x 1080 pixels and bitrates in the 5000 kbps range. Earlier scenes are offered at standard definitions of around 640 x 480 pixels and bitrates of around 2000 kbps. Obviously, the newer, HD quality videos look nicer than the older stuff. When it comes to photos, some of the sets have hundreds of photos while others have only a handful. The photo set for the HD quality themes are available at a size of 1920 pixels on the long side and are very crisp and clear.
The Panty Pops members area is found within a central members area for the network it belongs to. At the top of the page, you'll find a drop-down menu that provides direct access to any of the sites that are included with your membership. Below that, you'll find the main navigation menu where you can get links for the DVDs, the scenes, a model index, the pictures, and more. The site offers a favorites features that you can save scenes for later viewing, and there are dozens of categories to choose from for each site collection. The navigation tools they offer here are helpful, but I'd like to see some additional basics like a keyword search box added.
While the video downloads here are available only in two different formats, WMV and MP4, I was impressed with the number of quality choices provided, especially for the HD quality videos. There are seven different quality levels to choose from just in MP4 format and four in WMV format. You can also choose from various quality levels if you opt to stream the movies instead.
Panty Pops does a good job of sticking to the kind of hardcore and panty-centric action it previews on its tour pages, and I appreciated the HD quality videos and high quality photos. While it's true that the videos here aren't exclusive to the site and that updates have been made in a while, I think the very large bonus package helps to make up for any shortcomings and should definitely appeal to anyone with a varied interest in hardcore action.
