Met Models is brought to you by the same team behind Met Art. In fact, it seems to be a virtual copy of Met Art in terms of style and quality of the materials, although Met Models does seem to offer an exclusive collection that is distinct from the Met Art collection. This is not a porn site but rather a nude photography site, and the difference is pretty obvious as soon as you arrive on the sites tour pages. Want to know more about what's inside? The collection here at Met Models features daily updates of super high quality photo materials that are best described as erotic artistic nudes. There's no sex at all, and even fully nude shots are fairly tame by porn standards. The appeal here isn't in hardcore action or spread shots, but rather in the natural beauty of the models and the high quality, artistically done photos submitted to the site by over 40 of the world's best nude photographers. The occasional spread shot here and there is a bonus, and not really a mainstay of the collection.
Met Models is an almost exclusively photo site. There are over 2100 individual photo galleries here, but just 34 videos. Furthermore, no new videos have been added since 2008, so it looks like the site has completely shifted focus over to the photo side of things. New photo updates come every single day, and sometimes members get more than one set at a time. Members also get access to video chat rooms where they can talk to some of the models featured on the site. It makes for some decent interaction, but it does look like you'll need to pay a per minute fee for private time with the models.
Quality here is simply super. The photographers really go above and beyond the basics of providing a clear and well lit image by using different artistic effects and styles. The new release images here are available at up to 4368 x 2912 pixels and even the low rest images are 1200 pixels on the long side. Videos look great as well and Mitch play at up to 4200 kbps, although some of the video collection isn't offered with specs quite that high.

Although the navigation here is certainly better than I've seen on many other sites, the members' area does commit one of my biggest pet peeves on porn sites. There is simply no way to browse a single list with all of the photo materials here, instead members must view the list of updates broken down by month or search the photo collection using the site's search page which offers basic keyword searches as well as options for things like model hair and eye color, the location of the shoot, and the photographer. In addition to improved navigation, the site would also benefit from some sort of descriptive text for these photos and videos. As it is, it releases are simply listed with a brief title in the name of the model featured. More info would certainly be welcome.
The members area here gives viewers quite a few chances to take control over the way the materials are displayed. You can choose the time interval for the automatic slideshow available for the photo sets, and you can even choose the number of thumbnails to display per page. Photos are typically offered in three different sizes, and you can choose to view each size from within the members area in thumbnail galleries or you can download the sets in ZIP files in addition to the automatic slideshow option. Videos are offered in high quality files in your choice of four different formats, DivX, MOV, MPEG, and WMV.
Met Models has a lot going for it and very few serious downsides. Those uninterested in softcore materials will certainly want to skip it, but for those who are, it's almost a must see. The models are gorgeous, the photography is amazing, and members get new releases every single day. On top of it all, a 30 day membership is less than $15.
