Property Sex takes you behind the camera to give you POV movies where you're the guy with all the bargaining power. Hot realtors are desperate to sell, and you're the guy with the cash. They'll do anything to make a sale, including doing you, and every one of the exclusive scenes is packed with scenario, set-ups, seductions and hardcore. This is an exclusive site that's streaming-only unless you pay extra for downloads. It's HD, high-quality and believably acted.
There's a scene in an Elvira movie where Elvira, desperate to sell her house, tries to seduce a potential buyer but scares him off. She says, 'I came within six inches of selling the house today', and that's kind of what happens here at Property Sex. Not only is the acting good, but so is the POV filming. I was very impressed with the quality, and I was the last time we viewed the site.
That was some time back now, and I'm pleased to report that Property Sex has grown over time. Some movies run for 50 minutes, and you don't go short on runtimes. They have galleries with around 90 pics per set that are clear, sharp and well taken, and these can be saved at 1,280 x 960 px or 1,200 x 800 px. The downside if Property Sex is that you have to pay extra for downloads, including the zip files of photos. You'll see an upgrade button when you try a download, and this asks you to pay $14.99 per month. You're already paying $19.99 per month for streaming membership, so I guess that will take your full membership to $34.98. It's up to you, but it's worth considering that this is a standalone site and there are no bonuses, but if you do upgrade, you will also receive VR movies with your downloads.
Navigation is simple in this members' area, and there are no technical issues. You find the video content from the Explore drop-down where you can also see what you've added to a favourites collection, what you're already watched and where you can store scenes to watch later. Movies come with a filter option so you can search and sort them, and under the Descriptions menu on viewing pages, you find a heap of linked tag words, as well as an in-depth description of each scene.
As you scroll the viewing page, you find the streaming screen automatically zips to one corner, so you can carry on viewing while you explore the page and find other related videos. That's neat, but what's annoying is a pop-up advert that appears on every new page and which you have to get rid of. Otherwise, the advertising is contained in a bar at the top where you have options to take further sign-ups to other sites and networks. Your members' area also features a Categories page and one called Agents And Tenants which is a model index. You find 245 models here, and the girls are listed with some stats and details.
As I said, there are no bonuses at Property Sex, and downloads cost extra, but the starting prices for streaming-only are fair, especially as this is an exclusive content site. There is a trial membership on offer at $1.00 for two days, but that is limited access and comes back at $29.99 per 30-days, presumably without downloads. Longer-term deals offer savings on streaming-only, and the only cross-sale to be aware of is a two days trial for the premium membership (at $1.00) which, I assume, then recurs at the $14.99 per month download fee on top of your membership.
Property Sex has done well since we first saw it and has kept a regular update schedule to bring its total of 100% exclusive, HD and POV movies to 288. These run for up to 50 minutes and have galleries and HD, but are also streaming-only unless you pay a premium per month to download. It's hot and fun, very well acted and totally horny, and the quality is excellent. It's a fun theme that's well played out and gives you a fair amount of POV porn.
