Knowing that this reality site was developed by the people behind the well known Bang Bros network I was convinced from the start that the episodes on offer are going to be awesome because after all reality porn is what Bang Bros specializes in so I'm sure they know exactly what reality fans are looking for. However in the site's defense all the episodes are exclusive which certainly counts in my books purely because you won't be finding these episodes any where else on the net. I am concerned however that there is no information in regards to future updates, either way if or when members run out of content they have access to the entire Bang Bros network which is obviously good news because this network is massive!
By current standards the videos available on Working Latinas isn't too impressive though they aren't bad either. They fall short of DVD standards though they are still quite a decent watch in their own respect, basically they aren't horribly blurry so you can still see all the steamy action quite clearly. Members have the option of wmv and mpeg videos and can stream the episodes within the browser or download the videos with no DRM restrictions which in plain English means you can keep the videos for as long as you wish. The highest encoding rate the videos are available in clocks in at (1200kbps @ 480x360), this encoding rate comes with the mpeg files while the wmvs are still quite decent at (1000kbps @ 640x360). To further make things convenient for members they have provided both full scene and short clip downloads of the episodes so members can skip segments they don't wish to view saving them loads of bandwidth in the long run.
In addition to the videos each episode comes complete with both screen caps and high quality photos. Now if you're a picture lover then you'll know that screen captures isn't exactly the best type of media if you're looking for sheer quality, and the ones available on Working Latina are no different as they are quite mediocre even for screen cap standards. Thankfully the proper photos look amazing, the pictures are sharp and crisp and the colors practically bring the pictures to life. One aspect the developers could tweak however is the sizes the pictures come in as the largest pictures come in pretty average sizes of (800x600 pixels). Not exactly huge to be honest but at least the clarity and colors of the pictures is high.

Upon entering the home page for Working Latinas members are pleasantly greeted with a hot picture taken from the latest update within the top banner. The top banner also acts as the latest updates section from where you can read up on a detailed description about the scene, access the various media the episode has in store including photos, screen caps, and the video downloads. All the past updates can also be found right on the main members area as you scroll down the length of the page you'll find them in thumbnail form. Below each thumbnail there's information on the episode title, the date the episode was uploaded, and the general rating according to other members.
Down the right side of the page is a massive list of all the popular episodes from the top rated videos and top rated models. Down at the very bottom of the right hand side of the page there are a few advertisements, certainly not a good thing in my books but at least they are out of the way of the important stuff so it's not all bad. Also general site presentation is fairly nice the background and color scheme used is a little on the dull side of things but at least the site looks neat due to the fact that all the items on screen are nicely spread out eliminating that cluttered feel you get on other sites.
The thumbnails which represent the individual episodes I mentioned earlier are linked to the main downloads section, this section contains all the links members need to access the various video downloads. The section also includes a detailed description on what the episode is all about and plenty of thumbnails to give members a better idea on what they will be downloading. From this page members can also access both the screen caps and high quality photos gallery then from there they can choose to view them straight off the site or download the sets in a single zip file for offline viewing.
Well the episodes on offer here are undeniably hot and if that's only what you're after then you certainly won't be disappointed. The only downfall is that the site has not been updated in a while and the quality of the content can only really be classified as just above average. But in the site's defense the hot Latina women, the awesomely arousing sex, and the great reality concept makes up for it. At the end of the day though more episodes certainly wouldn't hurt.
