There were WMV and MP4 files for this at 1,500 kbps, though some of the files I found were actually 1,000 kbps @ 640 x 480, and there were mobile versions as well. These were full scenes with an average runtime of ten minutes though again these details may vary. Some scenes were up to 25 minutes, and some were only seven, it depends on the action.

As for your interactive things and viewing the content: the video choices are reasonable, there are short descriptions per scene and you can add things to the favourites area. There is also a star rating system where you can rate the content and you're able to suggest category words. On viewing pages there are suggestions for other scenes and at the bottom you can make your own comments. So, the site is pretty interactive in various ways and it is also very easy to navigate and use.
My only concern here is the lack of update dates and info.
