Perfect Spanking features spanking, paddling, caning, and other corporal punishment, all with a British twist. All the models here appear to be British, and it looks like the scenes are probably filmed in Britain, as well. The site is part of the Fetish Network which features at least three other collections specifically dedicated to spanking as well as nearly 40 other sites in various kinky BDSM and fetish categories.
Perfect Spanking has been online for somewhere around four years or so, and it has had a spotty update history in that time. When I visited the site in late November 2012, I found a collection of 49 videos and it's pretty obvious that the site is no longer actively updating.
The scenes here appear to be nonexclusive and were probably taken from DVDs or perhaps even VHS titles that were released quite some time ago. Most of these were obviously filmed in Britain and star British models, although there are a few that obviously feature Americans, as well. The overall feel of things makes it quite clear that these are older scenes, and that may be pretty exciting news for those interested in seeing the "old school" style of British spanking video. Each scene has some kind of scenario to set up the spanking including naughty schoolgirls punished for skipping class, a step mother punishing her stepdaughter, and even a kinky couple who gets interested in caning when they hire a new caretaker for their horses. There is quite a bit of regular old barehanded spanking, but a good portion of the videos here feature teens and paddles just as prominently as smacking hands. While a few of the scenes venture into hardcore sex action, most of them focus specifically on this spanking and other corporal punishment. For the scenes that have a school related theme, the spanking often takes place in a very realistic classroom or Dean's office setting.
The quality level here is perhaps slightly below average, but everything is still worth a watch. These flicks come at a size of 600 x 400 pixels and a bitrate right around 1600 kbps. The color balance looks pretty often some of them, and some could use better lighting.
You'll find the members area for Perfect Spanking within the members area for the Fetish Network. The main menu provides a link to a listing of all of the included sites where you'll find Perfect Spanking as well as the other three spanking sites that are included with your membership and the rest of the bonus package. The network doesn't offer many helpful search for navigation features. In fact, there's not even a keyword search box available here. You can divide the materials by sight or by category, and that's it.
Each video is available for downloading your choice of high or low quality levels. Both streaming and download are supported here. MP4 format files are available for download while Flash is provided for streaming.
Perfect Spanking is a relatively small site that offers a nonexclusive collection, but I think it might be an attractive package for spanking vid collectors who are interested in seeing some British scenes that are probably at least 10 years old if not older. When you factor in the other included spanking sites, there are at least 200 scenes here specifically dedicated to spanking and that doesn't even take into account the spanking related scenes you may find in the rest of the Fetish Network.
