Simonscans is one of the oldest sites I've ever reviewed, having been around since the end of 2000. This long-running collection offers hundreds of thousands of images of hundreds of different amateur babes. You'll mostly see solo posing and teasing, but also some lesbian fun and dildo play. This is a mostly image focused collection that picture lovers should enjoy. Let's go inside the members' area for all of the details.
As of January 2011, Simonscans features over 710 different models in over 5000 different image sets. The site doesn't seem to have a particular update schedule, or at least not an obvious one. In recent months, members saw up to 25 new photo galleries and nine videos, at an average of one update per day. This is a very nice rate of growth for just about any site. It's a little bit harder to get a handle on how many videos there are here, but I think there are over 500. The videos aren't dated, and they can only be viewed in alphabetical order by the name of the model.
There doesn't seem to be any guy/girl action here at all. The "hardcore" category found on the search page simply features sexy gals with their large dildos. These babes use fingers and toys of all kinds including anal toys. The materials are filmed in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations, but there seems to be less of a focus on "artsy" settings as seen on some other sites. Whether this is a positive or a negative is a matter of personal preference. I would say that the materials featured here at Simonscans put more focus on the model overall, and they're certainly more about nudity and in your face sexuality than some other more artistic, perhaps more subtle, nude sites.
As can probably be expected on a site that's been around as long as this, there is some variation in the quality level of the materials as you reach the older sections of the archive. Recently released photo sets are offered at over 2800 pixels on the long side while videos come at 1280 x 720 pixels with bitrates topping 3000 kbps. These play smoothly and clearly with no noticeable quality problems. The photos are crisp and clear and obviously professionally shot.

The basic color scheme and graphics from the tour pages are also present inside the members' area. A simple layout offers photo and video updates listed by year and month beginning on the main page. The search page offers drop-down menus with dozens of different categories and attributes such as breast size, type of clothing, and pubic hair length. You can choose up to three of these attributes to be combined or excluded from your search and you can narrow your results to include only videos, only photos, or both.
The photo sets are offered for viewing in basic thumbnail galleries. You can choose the number of thumbnails to be displayed on the page, and you can also choose to download a ZIP file containing all of the image files. The videos are offered for streaming in Flash format or for download in your choice of WMV, MPEG, MOV formats.
Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to style in nude photography, but a quick glance at the tour pages for Simonscans should tell you whether or not this one will match up with your personal tastes. The site offers large toy insertions, girl-girl content, and tons and tons of solo posing in a classic, straightforward porno style. Updates are frequent and overall quality is good. At the end of the day, this one still gets a thumbs-up 11 years after it first hit the net.
