The first thing you will notice about Jock Butt is it has a niche and its a specialized one. Hard bodied, muscled guys pose while the cameras roll or flash and the result is a collection of well made solo, and sometimes duo, scenes that have an eye on quality. The movies stream in two kinds of players, though you have no choice of which, there are good image galleries with professional shots and a great collection of sexy, bodybuilders and jocks.
It is simple: you have videos and galleries; no frills are needed as there are not that many sites doing what Jock Butt is doing, so no related feeds are necessary. When you join here you are joining a club, a place where guys (and girls) into hard men will want to come and stay. If you are a real fan you will recognize many of the guys who appear here, Mark Wolf for example.
The videos are a mix of solo posing and some couples. There may not be much in the way of action but then we are not looking at a hardcore site here, rather an erotic one with the emphasis on the beauty of the powerful male. You will be treated to some erotic scenes, two guys oiling each other up on the sun-lounger by the pool for example, or simulating sex, and there are enough nude scenes to get your imagination going. The best thing about the content, apart from the fact that it stays within the niche, is that it is good quality. In fact everything is good quality here, down to the musical soundtracks that accompany the movies. The posing pouches are skimpy and their bulges tantalising, sometimes you get to see whats in them. Youre kind of on the edge of your seat with your dick half way there, wondering what will be revealed next; once you've finished viewing you will have to go and do something with whats getting stiff and thats what good erotica should be about.
The movies dont always run for very long; I found a couple that were only one to two minutes in length, but there were others that were longer. There is a message with each video explaining about Quicktime and how you may need to download a version of it if you are a PC user, Mac users will have no problem. I did come across a WMV stream too, and my Quicktime/PC set up worked just fine. Be patient with the buffering though as these are good resolution movies; 735kbps @ 640 x 480 are the details for the WMV stream that I tried. You can also download the movies and there are simple instructions with each one telling you how to do this. There are general descriptions of each scene by way of an introduction to them but not much information on the guys appearing in them. Accessing each movie is a question of using the left to right scroll bar at the bottom of the movies main page, the embedded player is above this.
The other section of the site is the Gallery area. This lists the latest additions, some random galleries and then three categories of photo sets. There were 96 sets in the Jockstraps area, 26 in Thongs and 19 in Underwear, posing suits and other stuff; a total of 141 galleries with an average of 50 pics per set. And all on the same theme, which is a good thing. Images open up to decent sizes and can be downloaded.
There are not really any extra features here, in fact more information about the guys, the shoots, events and so on, on the main pages would be a bonus. But the site is not relying on plug-ins, feeds and bonus sites to attract its audience, it has its niche, sticks to it and is a definite must see for all muscle men, jocks and butt fans.
The design is neat: nice and dark and grey to lend atmosphere and modern too, without being gimmicky. The home page features the latest update news in a scrolling window and the language is simple and not over the top. The menu is static so you can get to Home, Galleries, Jock Videos or the Zine very easily.
The Zine is the only extra feature and its a good one. It takes the form of a blog and this is where you might find more information about the site, the guys and whats going on. If you want more news then there is a section on the free pages to view with interviews etc. and News is one of the categories on the Zine. Give the page a moment to load, I thought nothing was happening at first but it got there in the end.
In the gallery area there are a few more functions: you can read comments (though I couldnt work out how to leave a comment), you can see the top rated photos, the most viewed and the latest updates per set. When you have opened an individual image you can cast your vote and run a slideshow of the whole set.
A specialist site that takes its content very seriously: you will find only muscle men and erotica here no gratuitous sex to tempt you in which makes it a great lfor real fans or anyone interested in viewing muscles, skimpy posing pouches and high quality videos and pics. The Blog/Zine area will give you some news on whats going on plus more pics and video clips. The whole thing is expertly designed and keeps within the stated niche. It wont let you down.
