Coming to you from the famous NextDoor Studios, Stag Collective features college-aged guys, jocks, and the boy next door in their first-ever porn flicks. All movies are shown in the same way and come with a good choice of streaming and download options. If you head right back to the first video (from 2004), you will find solos from Next Door Male, and be able to stream/download in 480p and 240p resolution. Come up to date, though, and you have much more choice.
The Stag Collective videos, like your bonus movies, can be downloaded at resolutions up to 1,920 x 1,080 Full HD, and you will now find many that are shot and shown in 4K HD at 3,840 x 2,160. There are up to eight resolution options to choose from, so no-one has to miss out on any of these scenes. Streaming is fast and easy with a choice of resolutions and speeds, and movies tend to run for the standard length of 25 to 35 minutes. They come with trailers and a short description. The streaming player will go to full screen with no great loss of quality, and the sound is natural.
Movies also come with galleries of around 15 to 20 pics each at 1,280 x 1,920, with easy online viewing and saving, plus zip files for full sets. The members’ area contains a Pictures collection to cover all 29 channels, and a model index to cover all network guys. The numbers are good, with over 5,300 movies, more than 4,694 image sets, and 1,609 guys to play with.
Navigation is simple at Stag Collective and in the network generally, though I didn't find a way to filter the Collective’s models from the rest. Filtering the movies is easy enough as you can choose each channel separately from the channels page. There are ways to rearrange the content and see it in order of popularity or the number of views, there’s a search box, a simple left menu, and the homepage arranges the network content by date, what’s new, and what’s coming next. You will also find linked tag words to use, models listed by name as well as photos, and a range of handy navigation tools.
The video viewing pages bring you more navigation options such as tags and recommended scenes, and there are some interactive functions there too. Members can rate scenes, add them to a favourites area, put them into playlists, and leave behind comments. Throughout my visit to Stag Collective, I found no technical issues and had no problems, but if you do, there are links to help and support via your profile area.
You have four sign-up options here. Stag Collective offers a two-day trial at $1.00 which is streaming-only, and which recurs at $39.95 per month if not cancelled. The monthly subscription is $14.95 for streaming and downloading, or you can opt for $68.95 for three months or $99.95 for the year, both recurring. You have to watch out for a pre-selected cross-sale on the payment page, but all long-term memberships offer network access.
Stag Collective has a good premise; first-time guys wanting to get into porn, and it has a horny collection of amateur guys in a range of solo and hardcore exclusives. However, it’s not been updated for a while, and there’s no news about new videos. What there is, though, is access to 29 NextDoor Studios sites, with the full membership, and a large collection of excellent quality gay hardcore that is up to 4K HD resolution. The membership prices are good, but the men are even better.
