College Dudes is all about all-American college-aged guys jerking, balling and being themselves in exclusive movies. The site has been online for 14 years, and now has over 1,100 original movies and galleries. It continues to update each week and offers a wide range of amateurs, jocks and 18 to 25-year-old white, black and Latino guys. Membership includes access to two other sites for even more gay porn, and sign-up prices are low.
Your first class of the day is history. College Dudes started up in 2006 and gave us plenty of jocks and athletic guys in solos and some hardcore action. Later, it came under the Broke Straight Boys umbrella and continued to grow, and now, as part of that empire, the kind of guys you see has changed slightly. Well, it's developed, as our tastes have grown, and now we find a variety of amateur guys, though some boys go on to become porn actors (Tommy Defendi and others started out on the site), and some of the more recent models can be found working on other porn sites. There's a model index with 542 guys with some info and stats, and there are 1,174 movies.
The scenes vary from solo jerk-offs to full-on fuck scenes with two guys in their shared dorm, the kitchen, by the pool, or outside. I have to say, most of them are convincing as 'college boys', though not all are preppies or jocks; there's a good collection of 'ordinary' amateur-looking youth to savour too. Your guys include blonds, redheads, some Latinos and black guys, but mainly white, smooth-chested dudes with cut and uncut cocks, big, average, heavy balls and tight, you name it, there's a lad in here for everyone. Looking at the scenes, you now find 1,174 of them, and looking at the upload daters, they've managed to keep the schedule of one new scene per week flowing nicely (although some content may be recycled or borrowed from their other sites). Each one comes with a sample shot and a description, and you can navigate easily enough with a drop-down list of pages. Simply click a sample shot to get to the episode, and you find a midrange streaming version to play which is okay at full screen. For downloads, you now have HD at 1,280 x 720, and two smaller versions for mobiles, all in Mp4 format. Older movies have Mp4 files, though some are only at 640 x 480, and there are some WMV files too, but not with the newer content. Older, pre-HD scenes are acceptable quality though obviously not as clear as the newer ones.
Movies tend to run for 15 minutes for solos up to 20 for hardcore or BJ scenes, and they come with around 30 pics per set. These are 600 x 900 px these days, with older ones being at 500 x 700, and they tend to be un-posed shots taken during filming, though they're not screencaps. You're able to save them one at a time or take the whole set in a zip file. Again, quality is fine and natural, not glossy, over the top studio style, and that all adds to the reality of the content.
Members also have 28 behind the scenes videos featuring photo shoots, interviews and even some of the guys showering after a shoot, playing the guitar or telling you about themselves. Then you have your bonus sites. You find access to HS boys and Broke College Dudes. HS Boys is a collection of feed sites with all kinds of horny action included, and Broke College Boys is an archive collection of 94 scenes shot between 2009 and 2011 with more cute, athletic, jock-like lads in solo and hardcore scenes. These videos come with QuickTime, WMV and Flash viewing options, full-length scenes and clips. If you check your bonus page there, you find access to Ass Lick Boys too, another archive, but also a bonus-bonus site that you can't otherwise access from College Dudes.
As I mentioned, there's a drop-down list of pages for your content and 15 scenes per page, plus numbered index pages to click through one at a time, so getting around the collection is simple. You can rearrange the index pages by date, popularity etc., and there's also a very handy Tags page with 28 category headings that you can use as a filter. There are no linked tag words on the viewing pages, but you have links to the model's entry in the index, which is another way of browsing for scenes; simply select a guy you like the look of, read his description and click his link(s) back to his scenes.
Viewing pages are neatly set out and come with a couple of basic, interactive functions like rates and comments. There are no slideshow functions for the photos, but it's easy to click through them one at a time. You will have no trouble with navigation, but you will need your access details handy for when you head to the bonus sites.
Currently, the membership prices are reduced, and you can access College Dudes for only $14.95 per month. This is down from when we last saw the site and the usual price is $24.87. There is a two-day trial at $1.00, but that recurs at $19.95 per month if you don't cancel, and there are two other join options, one annual ($79.87), and one for 30 days, nonrecurring at $49.85. Watch out for two pre-checked cross sales on the join page, and be aware there is a daily download limit of 15 scenes for all membership types.
Since we last visited, College Boys has continued to upload new content. It now has a large and decent-quality collection of solos and exclusive hardcore scenes featuring college-aged guys. They range from twinks to jocks to average, and the scenes are played out naturally. Bonus sites are included, membership prices are currently reduced, and there are loads of HD scenes. The main draw is the collection of young college guys ready to learn more about horny gay hardcore.
