The premium membership currently stands at $349.00, which works out at a standard $29.00 per month (paid in one instalment) and which is reduced from the usual $720.00 per year. If you think that for $349.00 a year you can access 60 sites, many with updates, and 4K movies, and a total of 3,626 + scenes with 1,680 models, and 42 categories of porn, that annual subscription sounds like excellent value.
