It's all about bear films at Bear Films, a place where you have hairy and older guy movies that are, we think, probably exclusive. You can view them online, there are updates at least 3 times a week, the quality is fine, there are galleries too, extras including feed sites, you can rate and comment, there are interactive options and you get a good value deal from your membership. So, specialising in Bears? Then you need to come in here and take a look.
First off, let me tell you that there are over 200 movies in this collection and, after a quick scan through the sample pics, I can tell you that I saw only bears. In that respect the site keeps to our expectations, and to what it offers on the tour. Actually it keeps to its other tour promises too and I've got nothing much to complain about with this site or its content. Only the pictures are downloadable and not the movies, that's about the only thing. You've got to stay as a member in order to watch the movies. There are plenty of links to where you can buy the movies, but if you want them on your PC you will have to stay signed up.
So, did these films really only show us bear sex? Yes, though Id say they include cubs and chubs with their bears. Whats neat is that there is a model index, so you can find your content according to who is in each scene or gallery. There are over 760 guys in this model index so you've got a lot of searching ahead of you. Or you can click to the movies tab in the menu and the site neatly separates out its exclusives from the feeds. Each page of sample pics/movies brings you a set of bear faces or action shots and upload dates, along with members ratings per scene. These index pages can be sorted by popularity of scenes and so on, so you've got the basic interactive options there. Click a sample to get to the main viewing page for your chosen scene; it's really that simple.
Having chosen a scene you will then find that you get a simple viewing page: one stream screen is it. I didn't see any other choices, no choice of resolution or size, apart from full screen, and I found that the older movies has a screen size of around 448 x 336 which is not huge and full screen wasn't brilliant. More recent movies were better at around 600 x 335 in size and full screen here was acceptable. I assume the site keeps its resolution low so that a) most connections can cope with it, and b) you feel tempted to go and buy the full movies. (There's an advert at the moment, top of the pages, with a special offer on for the Store and DVDs.)
Movies ran for your standard length of time, around 20 minutes and came with tag words and suggestions for other scenes you might like. But I reckon you're probably going to like all of them. There is variety, even among the bears with guys of different ages, heavier and lighter builds, tattoos, piercings, body hair and simply with different looks. The movies don't get repetitive, they are well made and though there is not much choice there is reasonable quality viewing to be had.
There are also around 1,150 galleries with varying amounts of images. You will find the models own personal shots, their posed model sets, and then you'll find action sets. It looks like these action sets come from the movies, or were taken at the same time as the movie was shot. There were pics up at 768 x 1024 when at full size (often scaled down to around 612 x 814 to fit the screen) and they came with simple navigation buttons. There are also Events pics showing sets of real bears and guys at real events, parties, gatherings etc. All in all it's a neat collection of photos which enhances the videos nicely and you've got a good solid and on-niche collection of content.
One of the best things is that you get free streams to other related content. This is all included with the membership and offers a ton of other videos from bear-adjacent companies like CyberBears, Raging Stallion, Hot Desert Knights, Treasure Island, etc. Each stream has at least one update per week which really expands the video updates offered per week and is included with membership.
Built around that content collection is a nice set of interactive functions too. You can build up your own collection of your best moments in the Favourites area, and you are able to rate the content and guys as you go through. If you have something to say then you will find a comments facility, and it's good to see that his appears to be well used by members. On the home page you will see a link (just above the recent additions images) that takes you to a page of upcoming events. These are USA based, by the looks, but they list bear gatherings that you might want to attend, and I assume the company behind Bear Films or representatives from the site will be at some of these events.
Use the search facility to find the content you want by keywords, or simply use the simple navigation and you should have no trouble getting around the site. I found that pages opened nice and fast, there were no technical issues and all the links worked. I found no missing images either. If you want the latest news, then check the text boxes on the home page and if you want some extra content then check the six additional feed sites that you find under Videos in the man menu. While you are up there you might also try the Live Cams link, which will take you Bear Films Live. I tried to access this with my existing membership details but couldn't get in, so I assume you have to sign up separately for this.
But you do have some other extras here: there is a collection of 17 erotic bear stories to read under the More tab in the menu, and a page of other beary links to try out. Help is on hand if needed and everything is easy to find.
Wed like more viewing choices with the movies and wed like the streams to be better quality, but other than that, I cant think of much to point out as being off here. Bear Films delivers some hot and raunchy bear action, in decent quality movies and photo sets, with screen caps included in some places too. It gives you a basic model index, several interactive things to do, easy navigation, and some nice extras. There is also a good range of sign up options.
