The Bro Network has grown massively since our last visit. This network of six sites still gives us the hunkiest guys, the most straight-acting and tough men in wild gay sex, but now, it has over 750 videos featuring 344 guys, that’s more than double what was on offer a couple of years ago. The sex remains hardcore, the guys fit and tough, the quality great, and everything is available in 1080p HD. There is also plenty of variety, and masses of hard cock on offer, plus frequent updates.
There are various membership offers for The Bro Network, and they include streaming-only memberships. For now, I am using a membership that lets me stream and download, and even that one is reasonably priced at $24.99 per month.
The members’ area gives you all videos, photos, sites, and series arranged in their own areas, and the home page gives you what’s new. Let's start by looking at the sites which make up the network. Called ‘Channels’ these days, they are Masqulin, Casual Dudes, Amateur Gay POV, Bro Seeking Bro, Hot AF Men, and Men of Montreal. (There is a seventh in the drop-down list, Bonus, and this gives you a collection of similar movies, but from another site.) Although each of the channels has its own title, the content is often pretty similar. Fit, hunky, hairy, smooth, cut, uncut, masculine guys with great physiques, get it on with each other in a variety of locations, often bareback, but sometimes not, and in good-quality HD hardcore.
It's not all hardcore, though. There are some solos here. In fact, the earliest movie, from 2012, is a solo, and its quality is just as good as the most recently posted video, which was a POV BJ scene. There are some reality setups, some toy-play solos, duos in the woods, and at home while the wife’s in the kitchen, and there are some threesomes, and that’s just on the first index page. I guess the overarching theme here is that of masculine ‘bros’ getting off with each other, and it’s easy to imagine these are straight guys doing just that.
No matter the scenario, it's the guys that make the movies what they are, and the network isn’t short on top names. A quick glance around the index pages tells us we can find Dato Foland, Alex Mecum, and Pierce Paris, and if we check the 344-strong model index, we also find Igor Romani, Johnny Ford, and Michael Delray, among many other naked and hard studs. Each of the guys in the model index gets a list of stats and a few details, plus links to their videos.
There are currently 751 videos gathered from the various channels, though you can always browse them one channel at a time, and they all have three resolutions in which to stream or download. The top res is 1080p, and then you have 720p and 480p, so nothing 4K and nothing too small, but the standard resolutions to suit just about everyone. The download files are in Mp4 format, and the movies run for around 35 minutes each. They come with a trailer and a written intro, plus a set of digital photos (or screencaps from the POV cams), and you can also find the photos in their own section via the top menu. Individual images are sized at 1,024 x 1,563 px and full sets can be downloaded in zip files. Just like the videos, the quality is good.
A quick word about the bonus content. Check the Channels drop-down and you will find the link to the bonus collection. It’s made up of 42 videos from Next Door Studios, which is also known for its studly, fit and tough, straight-looking, no-nonsense guys. These movies can also be streamed or downloaded in the same three resolutions.
It’s really easy to move about inside the members’ area at The Bro Network, and we commented on this before, giving it a good score for navigation and extra features. The top menu is very clear with links to the home page for updates, the Videos page for all movies, the Channels drop-down so you can filter by channel, and the Photos area for all 780 image sets. There are also the model index and a category page to use for filtering. A Series page gives you 29 collections of movies that come under the same heading, such as Club Cruising for videos shot in a nightclub, and The Pit Stop for movies that involve vehicles and sex around cars.
The members’ area also gives you detailed filters on the index pages and ways to rearrange the content and find exactly what you want to see. When you’re on a video viewing page, you will also find linked tag words to use for even more filtering, and there are some interactive options there too. You can add scenes to a favourites area, report any errors, give scenes a like, and leave comments. The very top menu that you see is more about advertising (which is generally kept to a minimum), and links you to chat, cam and VOD sites.
As I mentioned, there are various ways to sign up for The Bro Network. There is a two-day trial, but it’s limited. There is a one-month recurring, streaming-only membership at a very reasonable $9.99, or a monthly one for streaming and downloading at $29.95. There are also two annual options: a streaming-only one for $47.99 per year, or a full access membership for $99.97 per year. Whichever you take, you are getting excellent value, just watch out for a pre-checked cross sale on the payment page.
The Bro Network continues to give us exclusive, hardcore, Canadian hunks and videos, and plenty of hard-bodied hardcore with manly men. If you like your daddies and otters, your gym studs and fit fucks, then this collection of six channels and bonuses will appeal, as it has always done. It has great quality content, a hot, masculine cast, 1080p HD, frequent updates and has added masses of new content since our last visit. Best of all, the membership offers are now many and excellent value.
