Technically the videos are easy to get at and you get a good set up of viewing options. You have a high speed option where you will find Windows Media Player files to download at 700 kbps (480 x 360 in size) and Quicktime ones at 650 kbps, (325 x 240 size). Each of the movies is divided into clips but you can download a DVD quality full length version. All of these scenes can also be streamed on line. The quality is good and downloading then running the full length version is probably the best way to view them. You can, if you are on a lesser connection speed, stream and download the lower quality files. Again these are WMV files at 56 and 128 kbps (both 240 x 180 in size) this time, or MPG (for Quicktime at 240 x 160 size) at 350 kbps. If all those numbers confuse you dont worry, basically the larger the file the better the viewing experience but the longer the wait to get them. But however you view them you will find the action is hot and the boys are simply delightful.
The other scenes run on the same tracks, as it were. In some there are three 18-22 year old guys involved and there are even some cut away solo scenes with one guy jacking off while the couple next door and fucking each others brains out. Its all well made and thought out and there is even some passable acting though the emphasis is on the sex of course.
Each of the movies comes with an accompanying set of screen-caps taken from the video camera during the making of the movie. 18-22 Clinic also features six image galleries in the Pictures area. These are much better quality and bigger than the screen caps, being 600 x 800 in size. You can save any that you like and again a zip file of the entire set is available. They are still on the medical theme and still feature some of our favourite performers. Some appear to have been taken during the filming of some of the movies we have seen while others are completely new set ups, perhaps from movies yet to come.
Which brings me on to the point that there will be even more movies and pictures to enjoy as the content is regularly added to. Not just the content here but on the other sites too. As I said, all of those sites get updated regularly and to find out whats new, whats coming next and who will be added to your content collection, you should go to the Network Updates page. This lists the most recent additions to the sites and there were nine new videos added to the sites in the four weeks prior to my visit, so you could guess at around one new video per site, per month. I checked out one of the see this video links and was directed to the screen caps of four bonus sites at the top of the page. I clicked one and was then sent to the bottom of the page where six of the sites were shown. A bit confusing but when I clicked the link there at the bottom I went straight into that bonus site, no password needed, so once I found the right link I found the content.
It is actually easier to get to the bonus sites through the Bonus Sites page as there is a link to the members area of each one by the write up about each site. Just click the links and you slide effortlessly into the new site. All you nee to do then is explore and enjoy. The home page on 18-22 Clinic (as on the other sites) has a survey being run on it. When I was there the question was have you ever fooled around with your doctor? I voted no (which isnt strictly true but thats another story) and saw the results were 32 no and 4 yes. Just a bit of fun really.
The other main feature of the site is the customer support page. There is a support wizard here, a diagnostic tool to check your computer for compatible software and a FAQ page. There is also live 24/7 support through a Java chat page and even a glossary of words and terms used that will help you understand the terminology of the site; things like Bit Rate and Buffer and so on. As far as support areas go this is one of the best I have seen and you should feel perfectly comfortable signing up for the site as you can be assured you are going to be looked after. There is even help on cancelling your membership though why you should want to I have no idea, not when you get such a lot of content (on all eight sites) and updates.
Finally the navigating on the site is simple. Everything links from the top menu which stays put. The customer support opens in a new window but otherwise everything stays in the same one even when you slip into another site. Once you are in one of the bonus sites you can easily get back to 18-22 Clinic through the bonus sites page of whatever site you are in. The image galleries come as one page so you dont need to navigate and each image clicks up to its full size in a new window. This makes it a bit tedious, opening and closing windows, to view them as you dont have forward and back buttons but I guess thats not a huge problem. The design of the site is simple too with a grey, white and red medical feel to it and there are no annoying pop-ups or advertisements to get in the way.
18-22 Clinic has hit the ground running and is already serving up a great helping of hard-core sex. The theme is medical with a bit of a military twist as the boys play doctors and sailors.
