Like two of the accompanying bonus sites, Chip Carsons place is a personal site mainly about one sexy young twink. Hes cute enough thats for sure but hes also rather low on content. If you've read about Alex Dark, for example, you will know what to expect here: A few photo sets, even less video clips and links to a couple of neat bonus sites. Actually there are only 13 galleries and four videos at Chips site and not much else; there is no update news, no blog, and no about info so.
Its not going to take me long to get through the content here as there really is so little of it. In the main content area, which is simply designed and spread over two pages, there were a total of 344 images in 11 galleries and two video clips to stream or download. The clips were of Chip himself and he is a nice young twink to glance an eye over. Here he was taking a shower (so at least we know he is clean) and playing with a masturbation toy. The clips were around eight minutes in length and streamed in WMV at 696kbps @ 320 x 240. I have to say I have seen longer, better and more erotic movies in my time and I am sure you will have too.
The galleries were easy enough to view; each one opens in a new window so simply close it when youre done, and they hold a varying amount of images each. Individual pics were up at 500 x 750 in size. The content of these reasonable quality galleries was all about Chip and you can see him dressed up, dressed as an angel, as a Mexican, jacking off and having fun with a dildo. Its a mix of solo toy play, nudity and G rated images.
There is a lot missing here. Its like someone started with a good idea, to present us with a hot bod and a cute face, and then ran out of steam. Or maybe Chip pulled out of the porn industry, we dont really know as one of the things missing is information. There is probably more about him on the tour than in the members area where you would expect to find stats, a bio, a blog, some way of contacting him and more about his personal life, For a personal site its not very personal.
So you are left with the bonus sites to fulfill you and give you some value for your membership. Of these, Boy Alley probably holds the most amount of content. Unlike Chip Carson this isn't exclusive material and there are many boys here who you may have sampled before. Loads of them yes, but non-exclusive. Good to view though and there are hundreds of galleries and clips to be had. A couple of the other bonus sites, such as Alex Dark and Josh Tucker work in the same way as Chips site with a few galleries an clips featuring these equally as hot twinks.
Again there is much missing: on Chips site there is a ratings thing where you can cast a vote but no results are shown. There are no interactive options like add to favorites (the site is not really big enough for that) and no forum or comments area. You have one extra video in the Unplugged area where you can see Chip under water and three pieces of content in the Friends area a clip and two galleries with three more twinks. The whole thing adds up to very little apart from the chance to see some exclusive pics and clips of Chip and, if this were being sold without the bonus content, youd be getting no value for money at all.
Luckily you have bonus sites to view otherwise youd be being ripped off. Yes Chip is a nice lad and hes great to view but the amount of content here doesn't deserve a whole site. The design is good, navigation is ok except for new windows for everything - and the quality is reasonable, theres just so little of it. Either get your act together guys and give us more content and involvement, or merge Chip with the other personal sites in your list and make one reasonably sized site.
