There is a collection of streaming videos here coming at you with weekly updates, featuring all kinds of hot young guys. Were told these are Canadian boys, but were not 100% sure if they are all exclusive videos, the studios are not mentioned, but there are 70 or so DVDs to view once you're signed up for a full membership. All kinds of hot sex, great looking amateur guys and easy enough navigation lead you to a decent porn viewing experience.
So I am a bit confused; nothing new there! But I am only confused as I have got a full membership and now I am being told I only have three previews left and that I need to upgrade; I am also told that this is Canadian porn that is exclusive, but the studios are not mentioned in the details that come with each movie. There aren't any search options or category lists so I have a set of index pages listing ten covers per page and these lead me sometimes to one scene and at other times to several scenes. It all seems a bit hit and miss and I'm not terribly sure what's going on.
But I can tell you that there are some hot scenes here. There are anal and oral boys, sexy slim twinks, guys with tattoos and skaterboy types. They are all mixed up in various titles, some of which are available only to Gold Members, some of which carry the Juliens Boys logo and others do not. To put it in a nutshell, I became frustrated with the site quite quickly, though there was nothing wrong with the content. I am just running a Flash scene now, in the medium quality option and it's decent enough; though short as it's only a sample.
I think my main concern with the content here is that you can only stream it and, as you are being asked to pay a standard monthly fee for access, it seems a little high. Not great value, because you cant download and keep what you've bought. This shoves me towards concluding that the content is party exclusive and partly not.
But the boys are the thing and here we are looking at the mainly younger 18 to twink aged guys, and were told they are Canadian. I did see a couple of names I recognised in here, as each video lists the boys in the cast. You can also read a short descriptions, choose one of three qualities of viewing and see related scenes other ideas of what to view next.
But my overall impression of the site was why? I mean the boys are hot, the filming is fine and the videos are ok, but there's nothing special here, nothing that really grabs me or says you must pay around $30.00 a month for this it's worth it. Particularly as the updates, in the past, seemed to have been on the slow side. You've got published dates so you can check the updates but even putting the content into date order was confusing as July seems to have come after December. And so on.
Members do have access to a favourites area and you can add all kinds of scenes to this little place and come back to them later. There is some information about the movies, but not much, and there are no interactive options. There is no way that I could see to link from one stars appearance to the next, no model index, no galleries, no stats and no comments or ratings boxes.
Navigation is easy enough, it's a very simple site and you wont get lost. The blog does take a while to open as it's such a big page but it's fine when you get there. You will find all the extra links; like the feed sites, there are four of these with an additional set of clips once you're a full member, and links to hep and support etc are all there too. But the design is pretty simple and run of the mill, and although this makes the site easy to use, it doesn't really make it fun to use.
Not one of the best video sites I've ever seen: not a huge stock of content, not a lot of info, no interactive options, confusing to use unless you go straight for the full membership, and only streaming is allowed. But the quality of the videos is good, the scenes are a mix of exclusive and not, and the boys are just fine. The site is kind of wandering around in the middle of the road here, and any day soon it could well get run over.
