Wow, at last, all my porn needs under one roof, almost. At Super Men you have a members area where you buy credits, so you control how much your membership costs you and when you use it. This is also a new site and one where you can do two things at once: you can enter live chat and you can watch porn movies, and you can do both for as long as your credits hold out. The site also acts as a gay guide to top worldwide destinations, and you can make up a profile and get involved.
What you have on the tour pages is what you have as a members' area, so you can see exactly what to expect when you sign up. You register for free and then you buy credits like a video on demand set up, or a chat site; and this site is both of those things in one. You have two distinct areas to browse around and lots of helpful search options. I'll come to them later, first though, the costs.
The Buy Credit link at the very top of your pages leads to the place where you have to part with your money. You can spend as little as 25.00 and go up to 100.00 note that these prices are in Euros. (The 2257 requirement page shows the address as Andorra.) Signing up is via CCBill, so that's secure and trusted, and there are offers available for extra bonus credits and bonus miles. (Not sure what that means.) When I looked at the 50.00 option which was for 50 credits, with 25 credits free and six bonus miles included, I was sent to a CCBill page that read 39.62 for 365 days (non-recurring) which was a bit odd.
Armed with credits I went back to check out the live cam area first as this is what you hit when you log in. I was told there were 71 Gays on line (sounds a bit clinical, Gay Guys would be friendlier), and I was told a basic breakdown of that number, ethnicity, age etc. You have images of the guys who are online and the basic chat is free. Click a guy and you open a viewing page where there is a stream running showing you the visual, with the chat text beside it. I had trouble with the sound as I could see the guys lips moving and the volume was up, but still no sound.
You can also see models information, by clicking on a link that appears on their sample image on the index page, and their pages include reviews by viewers. Some also have galleries of images to view; again put your pointer over the sample pic and you see the links. Some also have recorded private shows that you can pay credits to view. How good the actual shows are is another matter. You will have to check out for yourselves but put it this way: I had a good time and was not disappointed, though it was rather costly! These guys are here to make money so nothing is hurried.
Over in the VOD department I found 1,296 scenes spread over 36 index pages, each one shown with a thumbnail. But that may not be the actual number of scenes; some pages seemed to have the same movies as other pages and some movies were appearing twice. You have a basic title too, and a runtime and a button to click to Watch Now. You are then told how much the scene will cost you, around three credits, and which studio the scene is from (these are non-exclusive scenes from a variety of studios), and once you click to view you have one hour in which to access the scene. A few thumbnails give you a rough idea of what to expect ad the scenes are streaming only. I found the Flash player was a reasonable sized screen it fitted on a lap top, widescreen just fine, and when I went full screen the quality was fine too. You only have this one choice for viewing, and quality may vary depending on the age of the scene. The studios are varied and so is the content. There are great blocks of military movies and a set of ebony ones at the end, Twinks are found nearer the beginning and throughput, there are bears, there are solos and action scenes. It's a right old mix and most movies cost around the three credit mark.
There are some things I would like explained in a bit more detail: how much do the live shows cost you? You don't find out until you are just about to enter a live show, but the ones I saw were around two credits per minute for shared private (with other members) and six per minute for just you and him to go cam to cam, which works out pretty expensive per hour. Who are the guys in the VOD scenes, and when does this area get updated? What are the free miles and why are prices in Euros on one page and then a different amount on another? There is a contact link among others at the bottom of your pages.
But, generally speaking, I was more than happy with this site. The chat area holds all kinds of handy links for search and sort options, there is good information with each guy, some have more than others, and there are clear instructions on how to use the area. You can get as involved as you want, you can write reviews and give the guys rates, there's a Favourites function and you see a link to this in the left column. You can also see who and what you have viewed. Also in the left column you can see how many credits you have left and you can see your own profile. Check if you have any messages and go to the profile area to add your pics and details; then you can start to get involved with other members.
The video on demand area seems to have fewer search and sort options, and I thought that a category list would be a good idea. There was a list called Who's hot right now? And this led me off to currently running live shows, which was a bit distracting.
But generally speaking the site is easy to navigate. There are clear tabs to take you to the main areas, one of which is a very nice guide to some top destinations. And there are plenty of ways to get involved in the site. Not just through live shows but also by making up your own profile and getting to know other members. You can also use the site on a mobile phone, as there's a compatible alternative to click into. Super Men is very interactive.
Super Men is also a great place to be a part of as you can use it as much or as little as you like. The VOD area is cheap to use, the chat area is free, and you only pay for private chat with the varied models. I'm not sure how often new guys are added or when you might have new scenes to watch, but while you wait you can hook up with other members and use the site as a kind of sexy social networking area. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this site in the future.
