What Doctor Twink does is this: it gives you original, exclusive movies that combine the twink genre with the medical fetish genre with the Asian boy genre, and then lets you in to four other sites with your set of membership details. When I logged in I came to the main home page of Asian Boy.net, which is the umbrella that this site shelters under. From here I was able to select all sites and then find the Doctor Twink content from the list there. You can always simply work your way through the entire collection of some 900 videos. Harder to see are the upload dates on index pages as it's a dark colour font over a black background, but with a lot of squinting I was able to check the regularity of updates.
There is also the Updates page where you can see into the future, and the Explore tab in the menu takes you to the kind of home page where you have lists of the most popular moments and the most recent uploads. Navigation is very simple here and everything works well. There's no chance of getting lost, the design is dark and moody, and yet everything (apart from those dates) is clear and easy to understand. It's quite basic but it all works.
This network really goes to town on the Asian and fetish themes, and does a superb job of combining them.
