Be careful here; there is not a lot of content and there have been no updates for a few years years? Gulp! It looks to me as though Leather Bang isn't going anywhere these days; there are missing links and the bonus sites are not activated. But on the other hand, you do have 40 hot scenes to collect, so if you are a collector of leather, bareback and horny hardcore movies featuring sexy guys, this could be a little curio for you.
So, only 40 scenes and no updates since let me just double check 2007, that is three years ago as I write. And you question is; is it worth joining this site?
Well, strangely, yes. I've just viewed some of the scenes here and they are a good quality. They ran, in the WMV version, at 1.04Mbps @ 640 x 480 and they were well filmed. The guys were cute, some were hunky, others were jocks or studs or even twinks, and the leather was a factor in each of them., They are kind of sling and dungeon scenes, with rimming and sucking, bareback fucking and some nicely heavy moments. The quality was ok, the sound was fine, the guys did well and they are actually pretty neat leather and fetish scenes.
But I have no idea who made them, where they come from, who is in them, and there is certainly no news as to whether there will be any more. I doubt it. They do come with screen cap galleries that are well stocked and not too bad a quality, considering. You can browse and download these easily enough too, so that's not a problem.
You will find some missing images on the main pages though. These are links to the index pages and each one holds five scenes. Scenes, by the way, that are available in clips for downloads, and there are some that have full scene versions too. The missing links are actually missing images, the links still work, so you see Page 01 through to Page 04, and then four crosses; click them in turn and you will get to pages five to eight. Which makes up your content count; 40 movies of around 20 minutes in length, in parts, some in full scenes, with screen cap galleries, with no information, two choices of download file, and which are decent enough quality.
That's the good side of Leather Bang, the bad side obviously is that there are probably no more updates about to happen and your bonus sites, which were from the Pride Vault so good ones, cannot be accessed.
You wont be surprised to know that there is little interactivity here and very few extra functions. You can navigate the site easily enough, the menu works, even with its missing images, and you can always get back to the home page. Galleries, when you find them, are also a simple affair and it's a case of opening the images one at a time.
You can, though, rate the scenes if you want to and see what rating they have. There are short descriptions of them and the links for downloads are easy to spot; well, you wont miss them actually it's all very clearly laid out.
At the bottom of the main pages are non-working links to the four bonus sites, an advertisement for Flirt4Free, and links to help, billing and technical support. Whether there is anyone on the end of the support page is anyone's guess.
So, simple navigation, a decent design, easy to use and basic, with very few additional functions or extras.
Like I said at the top, be careful here. Don't expect updates or extras, interactivity or the promised bonus sites. But do expect 40 decent leather and hardcore, bareback scenes that you can download in clips, and sometimes in full scene files, in WMV and Mpeg versions. It's a shame that the site isn't still growing and that it needs some attention as what there is here is good, there just isn't very much of it.
