It's been a while since I've looked at Alpha Males, but it's great to be returning to it. This is a site that's all about 100% beefy, butch, tough, strong men in sexy scenes. The content is all original too, so that's another draw and it's been updating regularly every week for a while now so there are plenty of scenes and pics to view. There are over 200 models appearing here now, each one hot to view, and the only drawback is that the videos are stream only.
You log in to the home page and there you start your adventure. You are presented with the most recent updates as page one of the content list; there's no welcome message or news or anything like that. There are 300 movies online now and each one comes with a set of streaming options, a description and some photos. The run times are good at around 20 minutes each, and some of the collection shows you what goes on behind the scenes. But most of these movies are about hard and heavy sex between two or more hunks.
Actually there are some solos as well. To give you an idea of the mix, on the first page when I was in the site were: eight duo scenes, one behind the scenes video, two solos and one threesome. Clicking to another page at random and I found 12 duo action scenes.
Looking at the formats you have available to stream in, and it is streaming only here, I found Flash in use in the older ones and then Mp4 streams in the more recent movies. The very earliest movie here dated back to September 2008 and came with Flash choices at 512 kb or 1,024 kb, whereas the most recent episode had three Mp4 choices from 700 up to 5,000 kb. So, your connection speed should not be a problem as long as you have a mid-range one. I was able to scrub through the movies and jump around if I wanted to. The quality is good, the filming, sound, visuals and lighting are all fine too and these come across as good and solid, well-made hardcore and solos.
And the guys are good and solid as well, and well put together. You can check them out in the model index where you find 220 guys most of whom are shown with face pics, dates, rates and names. Click one and you get some stats and a bit more detail and then inks to his videos. All of the guys are aged, Id say, from mid-20s upwards, most are well hung, many are hairy, while some are bald, there's a nice smattering of tattoos and a decent amount of variety. Having said all that, I did find a few horny episodes where there was a smoother, younger, almost twink-like guy in the mix. These made a nice break from the man-on-man action that had been grinding away, and I mean that in a good way. I also noticed that the cast sported British accents, at least the ones I heard did, so you've got hat as an added attraction.
Each video comes with a gallery of images which vary in number, but expect around 100 or so. These can be downloaded in zip files or viewed online where there are slideshow options and easy navigation. I found images up to 1,500 x 844 in size and they were clear and fine to view. Older movies will have slightly smaller sized images but even so the quality was fine and you get enough to take you through the story, as these scenes tend to have storylines; so you're not looking at endless, pointless screen caps here.
There is, in your menu, a tab for Bonuses but when I clicked this I only fond a coming soon message.
The site is very easy to navigate, and there is nothing very complicated about it at all. There are a few extra functions worthy of note. For example, you can re-order the content in the index pages, and in your favourites area where, of course, you can store your favourite scenes. There is also a search page where you can look for keywords, or sift through the content by a range of categories; if you filter by Twink you find a few scenes, just going to show that although the site is mainly about Alpha Males there is that neat variety, not too much though, but enough.
You can also rate the scenes as you go and see what its average rating is; there were a lot of five out of fives. You've got the scene descriptions and there are also tag words to help you find similar scenes. But that's really about it for extras and features.
You will find a page of links and a link to the Twitter account, plus links to the help areas if you need assistance. And, for those who think they have what it takes, you've got a link to where you can apply to be a model. Click this and you find yourself in the hands of the EuroMale model agency. Then only trouble I had with the members' area, apart from wanting a forum and a few bonuses, was the red writing on dark background that you find for the links at the bottom of the pages.
I believe this site used to be called Alpha Male Fuckers, but they've dropped the last part of the title. They've not dropped the ball in terms of playing a fair game though and you get exactly what is promised on the tour.
