Do you like hunky amateur jocks and twinks, guys next door and sexy, lithe athletic men in their 20s? Good, then you are going to want to know more about Freshman X. The hot news of the moment is that they have just lowered their prices too, a great thing to do in these days of recession. This is a site that listens to its members and gives you what you want to see. It produces its own exclusive content, it's good quality, the guys are hot, there are many viewing options and updates.
Lets kick off with the content count. Photos and videos are separated out into soft core and hardcore, soft core being solos. There were 331 solo photo sets and 163 hardcore ones. 314 solo videos and 167 hardcore ones with duos or threesome action. The model index held 294 models.
The content here dates back to 2008 where movies are available in Flash streaming and WMV download, as full scenes only. The more recent scenes also stream but they now come with iPod compatible versions as well, there are still WMV files to take and I saw some with Mpeg files too. I would say that the streaming resolution and quality has been set to satisfy as many kinds of connection as possible as the quality is not always dazzling, not even in some of the most recent scenes. Some scenes buffered and ran very quickly but were pixelated, while others started and stopped but were nicely clear. I'm not saying that to put you off, the downloads were fine and if you're on a fast connection the streams will be too. But the point is that if you're on a slow one you will still be able to manage some of, if not all of, the streams.
Photos sets are good quality and you have the choice of viewing high or lower resolution images. By default the images were up at 730 x 1,024 in size with lower resolution ones being at 453 x 675. All images were sharp and clear, there are nice poses mixed in with the solo and action shots and getting around the galleries is easy.
So, content numbers and quality is good, updates are good, but who are you seeing here? After all, the models are what you come in for. Well, you've got a nice variety and lots of it. The guys are, Id say, aged between 18 and 25-ish, so you might call them twinks, and some are. But there are many who are not and who don't fall into any category really, apart from boy next door or all American male. These are mainly white, amateur guys with hung cocks, average cocks, cut and uncut, well built, slim, smooth, muscled, college dudes, alternative guys, and really just the kind of guy who might live down the street.
You find these hot bods in the gym, outdoors in the country making out in the hay, in bed, on the sofa, wearing football gear, sports gear, in the shower, getting arrested by police and punished, and wearing swimwear or Ben Sherman, it is so varied you cant really put a finger on the type of action here. But suffice to say that the hardcore is pumping and the solos are intimate, so whichever way you look at it Freshman X delivers on its promises and gives you great quality content.
Navigation is easy. You have links to the model index beneath the top banner, and to the side you have links to the photos and videos, arranged as soft and hardcore. Also on the left there is a link to the new bonus feeds area which takes you to a portal page for eight feed sites; again varied and these are some of the better known, more oft used feeds.
Checking out the model index and then the solo videos I was surprised at the lack of written info about scenes and guys. You need to go to the solos and run them from the start to hear the interviews, but not every guy was being interviewed. So, you don't have a lot of info about the scene or the guys and there are not too many details about the galleries either. What you do have with the galleries though are links to models other sets, zip file downloads, jump-to lists, easy navigation and a five speed slideshow option, so there are no complaints there.
There is a very good search page where you can filter down to find exactly who you want to see, and you will also find that you are encouraged to get involved via email: let the site know what you want to see. But there were no rates or comments facilities that I could see, and no add to favourites area either. But, generally speaking, you are looking at a smooth-running and well put together, simply designed and effective members area that will give you no trouble.
Freshman X delivers on its promises and gives you good quality, exclusive movies and galleries featuring very horny amateur guys. You get plenty of updates and they've lowered their prices recently and added feeds. You cant ask very much more from an adult site than what is offered here, though a little more interactivity and information would be nice for people like me who like such things. I highly recommend this site for its new, fresh and varied amateur guys in quality vids and pics.
