All you ever wanted to know about gay sex? No. All you ever wanted to see about older men with twinks? Almost. Gay-Lessons is about the intergenerational mix, it contains exclusive videos with twinks together guided by older men, plus old on young action. Ill talk about the design and navigation later, but you do have to wade through loads of adverts to find your content. But when you do you find that it is all a bit hit and miss when it comes to viewing. What I mean is: You click to the video area and find five or six small thumbnail samples per page with a description. Some you click to stream, some to download, some are in short clips of a minute each, others have full scene versions. Some are two boys together with a hoary older teacher showing them what to do, or telling them, others are an older guys blowing a younger boy, or getting fucked by him, or fucking him outdoors it's a high old mixture.
And within that mixture is a mix of quality too. Some files were WMV, 500 x 400 @ 761kbps, other were Avi and slightly pixilated when you tried to make them bigger. But the really good thing was that the transfer rate for downloads was super fast, so when you have a scene in clips it's really quick to grab them all and then click through them one at a time.
I did this with a couple of scenes along the lines of older guy with young twink in hardcore action. Better, I would say, than the video quality, generally speaking. The images are digital and clear, and galleries have a nice number of pics each. They take you through the action, which is varied, and which included intergenerational shots plus two younger guys together playing top and bottom.
In addition to this main content you've got a large selection of erotic stories to read always good to see on a site and then you've got your bonus list. This is impressive with 138 feed sites, seven bonus sites and a couple of others to explore, but which you may not be able to fully access. Lots of additional variety and content there then.
Ok. The thing I disliked most about Gay-Lessons was the design of the pages. Right from the word go, in the members area, you are being slammed with advertisements for other sites. You will see it from our screen shots. The first things you see are a link to the 600+ DVDs which are a bonus, and a link to the sites message board, which is kind of straight led. That's ok, but do we need his kind of thing on every page? Click to your Movies for example, and you've got adverts for three sites and a chat page which flashes at you constantly. As there are then the same banners beneath your content, the sample thumbnails for what you want to see almost get lost. The index page numbers certainly do, they are small and hard to notice at first, but once you've got the hang of it you'll know what you are doing.
You get the same thing on the gallery pages. Individual images open in new windows and here you can also rate and comment on what you see, click through with the good navigation buttons and run slideshows. So navigation here is ok but the pages are cluttered up. You've got some things opening in new windows and others not, there is no model index and not a lot of information, but there are links at the bottom of pages for the usual help and support. Your home page contains a poll and featured scenes and galleries, top lists and update news and update appear to be happening at a reasonable rate.
This site has a pretty original theme, with the teach-ins, but it's not very heavy on its own content, the quality of which is sometimes not great. The pages are totally cluttered up with advert banners which are really annoying, and there's not a lot of information about what's coming soon, or who the boys are. You do get lots of extras and bonuses, and some interactive options, and these things rather save the day.
