Looks like it, feels like it, tastes like it Hot Boys At Play is hot. At least it will be when it has grown some more. Here you've got a new site that knows exactly what we want from a teen and twink site, and it's one that has hit the ground running and running hard. Great looking younger guys, sexy bodies, some solos and hardcore mixed, interactive options, great quality, frequent updates I mean, you cant ask for very much more; except perhaps a lower fee until the site is bigger.
You are kicking off with 29 exclusive, full length movies that feature 32 lads the site started in September 09, so that's not a bad start. And you've also got 32 photo sets to marvel at too. Not huge numbers but it's all good quality and well worth viewing well, actually Id say that the sign up price is a little high for a new site. I'm a firm believer in new sites charging less until their stock of content has grown enough to warrant what is, in this case, a higher than standard price, and one you'd expect to pay for hundreds of movies and galleries.
Checking the model index first, to see the kinds of boys appearing here, I was struck by their youth. Take Cheeky for example, were not told how old he is but he is one of the youngest looking models I've seen on a site for a very long time. Or how about Dreamy, who could equally as well be called Skinny? Or Kyly, Jizzy, Smoothy, Sucky, Bashful, Dopey and Doc? Actually I just made up those last three all the boys here have names ending with a Y, hence Zippy, Woody and Twiggy? (No, not the fashion model.) My points here being: a) some of these boys are clearly very young looking, and b) someone's gone overboard with the cutsie names. Only Willi didn't end with a Y, but he had one of the biggest cocks I've seen on an 18 year old, so we will let him off.
But apart from their names, we are not told anything about them so it's up to you to guess at where they are from and how old they are, what their favourite cartoon is, whether they've got to shaving age by now or if they should be allowed out after dark at all. But when you come to see them in their content, well, that's a different matter. Their faces may look young but their dicks are big and capable of shooting loads of jizz. Take Teddy for example, he appears in two galleries showing off his manly muscle, and then you've got a video too. Each video here comes in WMV and MPEG format and can be downloaded, the files are big and the transfer rate is kind of medium so expect some waiting time. You can also stream the WMVs and the one I tried came out at 3.20Mbps @ 720 x 540. The buffering took a while on my mid-range connection and you cant jump through the scene, so you will have to stay and stream it all to get to the jizz splattering finale hardly a trial when the boys are this cute.
As I said there is a mix of hardcore and solo work here with a neat collection of some very youthful lads. The quality is beyond reproach, everything technical works well, there is a reasonable stock of main content and there are four bonus pieces to check out too. Lets hope the update schedule remains as frequent as it has been as you're going to get more of this hot content as time goes by and that will eventually make it worth paying the higher than normal sign up fee.
Hot Boys At Play comes with some standard interactive features, such as: rates, comments and a favourites areas for members to get involved with, both for videos and galleries. I didn't see any slideshows or zip file downloads but that's not a huge problem, And talking of huge, the images were too big for my screen, so you might want to save them individually and make them smaller you have to scroll around to find the cocks and then you've lost the boys face, and so on.
The pages are well designed. I like a nice and stylish looking site and this one, with its flame theme, works really well. The static top menu keeps you close to the various sections of the site and it's easy to move from one area to the other, you'll find top rated boys in a list up here, and links to your favourites, extras and other recommended sites not free ones though. There is also help and support if you need it and your update news is back on the home page.
Though all technical things worked well, the streams did take a while to buffer because they are so big and the transfer rate for downloads could be higher with such big files to handle. But other than that no navigation problems at all.
Hot Boys At Play is off to a cracking start with some very youthful boys appearing in its exclusive videos and galleries. Some of the movies are very quiet a little chat or even music would help lift them, but the quality of all the content here is fantastic. You will be better off on a faster connection when streaming or downloading. Updates appear frequent and regular, there is news on what's new, you can get slightly interactive and there are four bonus videos/galleries at the moment.
