BF Dare is one of 16 sites that comes under the banner of Gay Engage, a network, or collection of sites, with content pulled from all over the web. The BF of the title suggests amateur, homemade and self-submit style content but there isn't so much of that really. Its mainly scenes from other sites, sorted into 16 different categories, and with some hazing and prank playing sexual stuff going on in some videos. There are some pics as well and access to a DVD feed theatre.
We've been looking at a lot of the sites from this company recently and to be honest they are all pretty much the same. The price is quite high for a monthly sign up, especially considering that this is non-exclusive content, but hen in return you do have a couple of thousand clips to view. You also have all kinds of action going on with guys from 18 upwards, fetish stuff and vanilla, and there is, at least, variety.
You log in and then find the site you want from a drop-down list at the top of the page. Although these areas are sold separately as different sites, you don't actually change site when you select a new one, everything comes under the one banner and so really you are looking at 16 different areas of one big site. So, select BF Dare and the sample shots of the videos should change in your main page.
And now we hit the first snag. What Had Barratt Long got to do with amateur BF hazings and dares action? He's a porn star, well name at least, and this content must surely have come from a studio. What I was looking at here were simple studio made porn movies from well, I don't know where they have been grabbed from. But there was none of the college and student, the hazing style, action that the tour had shown me. There were 147 videos here and yes there were plenty of smooth jocks and perhaps some of them were messing round, but it was hard to tell, from the sample shots on the index pages, if any of them were true Dares.
Clicking in to watch a movie and you find you only have one choice and that is a stream with the resolution set for you. There are no downloads here and the stream is small in size and not of a very good quality. That's a bit odd considering that these clips come from other peoples sites and professional studios, among other places. You also find that you can't jump through the video and if you pause or try to click forward you get sent back to the start again and have to sit and watch from the beginning. So, the video set up is basic and not very user friendly.
There are Pictures too and you will see the link in the menu. Click that and you might get booted out to the tour and have to sign in again (it happened to me lots of times). But once you do settle on the images page you will find 50 shots. You then need to hit Pictures in the main menu again to find the next set of 50. But be prepared for disappointment here. For some reason there are lots of shots of guys showing how much they can cram in their asses, there are shots of guys with their insides practically hanging out, bottles going in, double dildo penetrations And then there are some of cute guys with hot cocks showing off and posing, some true amateur home-shoot stuff as well. But any Dares or hazings? I didn't find any and to be frank some of the other shots put me off so much I didn't want to look.
So, are there any saving graces here? Well, the bonus DVD theatre holds some studio movies that come with streams and downloads and choice of resolution. They may be listed as Unlimited but I found around 200 of them, and there are some different categories, but that's about as good as the content here gets.
I had some navigation issues here: I was often sent back out to the tour when I wanted to view photos. And I had no idea there were more than 50 pictures until I accidentally hit the Pictures link in the menu again. The video viewing options are pretty basic to say the least and there is absolutely no interactivity at all. You will see that they have given every single sample image and video five stars as if members have been voting for a while, but you, as a member, can't actually give a vote. There are no places for comments and there is no information about the scenes or photos.
You find that your pages are littered with advertisements too, which is also annoying. When you've just paid nearly $40.00 to log into a members' area and you find immediately an advert for another network you start to wonder why. (It soon becomes apparent.) There is even an advert on the individual video viewing pages next to the player, as if they are suggesting that they know you are going to want to go to another site before long.
The design is pretty basic and amateur looking as well, with nothing really to recommend it. There are links to chat and cam sites to view and there are links to help and support but that's about all you get here.
There is, sadly, little that I can recommend about this site apart from the fact that you get into a couple of thousands video clips and scenes, and some of them have been made by some big companies, I expect. I didn't find any of the advertised content though it may be buried in here somewhere, there is only one way to stream each clip, the photos are bizarre and not on niche at all, there are loads of adverts and you are being asked to pay far too much for 100% non-exclusive content.
