A few things have changed at HS Boys since we last visited. It remains a collection of feed sites with 3rd party content, but now has three bonus sites instead of five. It's varied and aimed at all things gay, and has over 70 sections under its videos list, each one being streaming content from other, usually well-known sites. So, variety is the spice of life here, though quality isn't always, and there are a few navigation issues. But, you're accessing four sites, and feeds for a good price.
HS Boys certainly offers you variety. There are 74 links to feed sites under the Videos and Category pages (which are the same thing). Some of these feeds contain content from well-known studios and sites, such as Paul Morris Treasure Island Media, Jake Cruise, Rear Stable and the Elite collection of feeds. Others may be less well-known but are interesting to explore, such as Well Hung and Cock Swallowers. You will find a range of niches on offer too, from Asian twinks to hairy bears, hardcore bareback, massage movies, fetish sites and interracial action, and they come from a variety of places, such as Europe, Asia and the USA.
You're not going to find a model index, the feeds are not linked in that way, but the titles and short descriptions give you a good idea of what to expect. Some state they are updated weekly, though they may simply revolve their content, and some have a different look and navigation style to others. All of them are streaming only.
Another thing that varies is the quality of movies. There are some of those cheaply made Russian scenes where the models are amateurs and not particularly interested in what they are doing, while some may feature famous gay porn actors. Some are handheld and have the appearance of being homemade, while others are clearly studio productions with higher production values. When streaming, many offer HD that is up to 1,280 x 720, along with midrange version and mobile-suitable streams at 480p, and some are slightly grainy when at full screen. Others don't go to full screen, and the player isn't huge. Some are set out on index pages while others are presented as full DVDs, and you select the scene you want, and it appears in a pop-up screen
So, the variety extends not only to the kind of content but the way it is filmed and presented, which should mean there is something for everyone. There is a category drop-down list which helps you sort your content, and this is extensive. It ranges from Bisexual, Big dicks and Group sex to Leather, Military and Vintage, and clicking a category then filters those sites featuring that kind of porn.
Where there are 74 video feeds in the list, there are only three photo links. Each one has its own number of galleries and each gallery has its own number of images, but there are over 200 separate galleries from these three feeds and masses of collectable images. Sizes vary, of course, from 450 x 600 to 633 x 950 px, and the quality can also vary slightly. Navigation is by way of one pic at a time and back button to get out again.
If this sounds like there's nothing original at HS Boys, it's because there isn't, but what you do have are three bonus sites where you find exclusive content, HD movies up to 1080p, streams and downloads. Previously, you had access to Boy Gusher, but that's now only found via a special sign-up offer. Instead, you have access to College Dudes, Broke College Guys and Ass Lick Boys, but you'll need your membership details handy to get into them. The last time we reviewed HS Boys, we said that navigation was easy, and it still is, though you get the feeling it could do with some work. There are a couple of technical issues. For example, when I tried to open one of the four erotic story sites, there was no content. Another one had a very complicated way of getting to the text stories, and like the galleries, you had to back button your way out. I'd advise opening each feed in a new window, so you don't stray too far from home, though the top menu stays with you and you can easily get back to the videos or galleries and start again. The category list is about the only way to filter, and there is only a basic search function which returns the sites (feeds) by keyword.
There is some interactivity. You can rate each site, and there's a forum (Just Us Boys) that you can register at and get involved in. Members can also add feeds to a favourites area so as you trawl through the hundreds of individual movies, you can save the sites you want to see again into one area, and then find them from the My Favourites link in the menu. However, this seems to only work with whole sites, not individual scenes, because some sites open their videos in simple pop-up screens.
You may be wondering if signing up for HS Boys is worth it, but it is. Not only are the prices reduced right now, but you have access to the three bonus sites and full access too. You can sign up to, say, College Dudes for the same price and still gain access to HS Boys as these sites are all bonuses of each other, so it doesn't matter which you join. At the moment, you can take a three-day trial for $1.00, which comes back at $19.95 per month, or take the monthly membership at $19.87. There is also an annual membership at $99.87 which works out the same as if you were paying $8.32 per month, but watch out for two cross sales on the join page, and be aware that the bonus sites carry a 15 video per day download limit.
HS Boys is not without its faults, but it does come with access to three exclusive content bonus sites and contains over 70 individual feed sites, some galleries, stories and access to a forum. Updates may be revolving content, but there's still a lot to see with over 1,000 featured movies alone and masses of variety. Grab a reduced price membership while they are on offer, and you'll get hundreds of feed videos plus some exclusive content from three bonus sites.
